I highly recommend Almighty for the exceptional quality and care they demonstrated over the phone and in person for a service call in January. Chachi and Mir. Leo are head and shoulders above the previous plumber I hired. Their communication with me, commitment to the project, and persistent but pleasant work ethic were all reasons why I will look to hire them again when that time comes. The charges were fair and explained thoroughly. As for now, their work is holding up and I am, to say the least, very happy to write a review and recommendation for Almighty Plumbing.

Chachi is a phenomenal plumber and person. He can walk in to any space, and with his trained eye immediately spot a problem without you knowing about it. He seems to always have the solution and works so hard to get it fixed. He is definitely a craftsman and takes pride in his work. Over the years, I have come to trust him because he is honest and fair and doesn't price gouge the customer. After his work, (masterpiece) is finished, he takes the time to ask if I have any questions or concerns. By then I have gotten most of my answers, because he is telling me what he is doing and why, as he is working. I enjoy just sitting there and talking to him because he is so personable and friendly. His last work he did for me was to install a new PVR valve to reduce the water pressure at my parent's house and hook up a new water line for their new refrigerator. Perfection as always! Chachi always returns phone calls and texts, and lets you know when he is on his way. Please ask for Chachi when you call Almighty Plumbing, he never disappoints.

I knew Chachi from a colleague who has used his service for many years. So far Chachi has proven to be reliable, dependable and trustworthy. During the past 5 years, when I need an urgent plumbing service, he has offered me prompt service, as soon as he is available, even it is after hours. He is knowledgeable and exactly knows who he does. He explains the process in a simple way that a nontechnical person would understand. He directly responds via texting or calling in a timely fashion. He detects and fixed the leaks efficiently. Pricing is reasonable. Most importantly, he enjoys what he does. I think I can tell the difference between someone who just works for a living and someone who enjoys working, like he does. I recommend him to my friends and neighbors and we all have impressive experiences.

The did very good job BUT at the end when I was going to pay for the job they said the materials were not included in the price that they showed me. They carry a list of pricing for every job they do, The list shows the parts are included but when I was making the payment me they said Parts is not included. Be careful when you're dealing with them I recommend you to sign a contract first shows everything in brake down and details before you let them start the job otherwise they'll charge you extra $300.
