The response says it all misrepresents his contracts stands by read the contract mentality. The service paid for does not equate to the service given. We have since gone with another company and have received much better service and at much better rates. Look into whoever you hire. First impressions are usually the correct ones

I had gotten a referral to this company by a family member. I called to have someone come for a quote. They set a time & then was 2 hrs late coming. Then charged for the ""quote"". BEWARE. Person that came out was very rude & then wouldn't leave my home.

Had a puffback (which sounds adorable, but it's the worst thing we have had happen in seven years in this home) and lost heat on the Saturday night before Superbowl Sunday. Not only did Fred come out that night, but we had a new furnace installed by Tuesday afternoon! Had to have all the duct work cleaned before the new furnace could be fired up, so the Almedia crew came out first thing, got the old furnace out, let the duct guys do their thing, came back and installed the new furnace, and even came back a THIRD time when we fired it up to make sure it was running the way they wanted it to. Even with some unexpected twists during the install, the final price came in under the proposal.

Can't say enough good things about them, they really did right by us, and I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a problem with my hot water tank and reset the breaker (fixing the problem), the tank was working but thought I'd have them come out and see if they could check it out. They said it was a $59.00 dispatch fee. Sounded fair so I agreed. Upon arrival, the service man says it another $109 to diagnose the problem. I asked what was the $59.00 dispatch fee for??? He preceded to read my manual, checked for water (which wasn't the problem) and recommended chancing the sensor, but then recanted after I asked ""Why if its not broken."" 24 minutes wasted along with the $168.00. Would never use or recommend

Wow..I wish I had remembered that I called these people years ago and was swindled the same way..uugh... I called this morning because of a plumbing problem and VERY CLEARLY asked what it would cost for someone to come out and assess the situation..I was given a price which was lower than other plumbers I called so I said sure and was told the plumber would be here within the hour. He showed up 2 hours later and handed me a contract the minute he walked in the door stating that it would be an additional $70. to assess the situation and the price I was quoted was simply for driving to my house. The ""diagnostic"" test which he explained was the additional cost I had not been informed of involved using a flashlight to tell me where the water was leaking from...duh. These people are very misleading.

Had Almeida come out because I had no heat. I thought because it was so cold that it would be a long time before they got there. Jeff came out to fix my heat and went over everything step by step before he did the work. I was not charged as much as I thought and the woman in the office Nicole called me after the job was done to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend this company, they will get the job done and wont rob u in the process.
