Almco epoxy-coated the 2 inch cast iron wastewater pipes that feed into the main line from the kitchen and baths. We had a leak and instead of just fixing the leak, we decided to do something more definitive. We epoxy- coated the main line years ago using a sleeve technology, but that can't be used with small diameter pipes. There is a newer method using a tube with brushes on the end that coat the pipe with epoxy extruded through the tube. Almco is one of a small number of companies that has that available. Another is San Diego Plumbing, but they didn't return my call. Almco was great. Showed up on time, were very pleasant to interact with, and did a good job. It's not cheap to say the least, but it's easily cheaper than if the pipe went completely and we had to jackhammer the slab to repair it.

My family and I cannot recommend Almco enough. We used their services multiple times. They are extremely professional, well-priced, and go beyond the expected level of customer service. For example, while installing a complicated water filtration system, they also managed to expediently transfer our garbage disposal line. The line transfer was not originally planned but they offered to help after finding out how much it bothered us. We'll continue to use their services and have been recommending them to everyone. I would like to provide a ""shout out"" to the technicians, staff and management of Almco. This company recently relined/spincoated my cast iron sewer lines which were in need of repair. Their estimate to complete this job was very fair and reasonable. I was particularly pleased with the high quality professional work of their employees and especially the tecnicians who personally perfomed a difficult task in rehabing my sewer system. They showed up on time, neatly presented in company uniforms, cordial, respectful, communicative and obviously took pride in their work. Staff and management were also responsive to scheduling issues and provided on-site observations. Project Manager Sergio was very instrumental in organizing the 'right' people to complete this job with minimal interuptions. Officer Manager Anna was extremely responsive in keeping me advised regarding scheduling and the Owner Vlad also made a personal visit to the site location which is somewhat rare in today`s fast moving business environment.
