We had a clogged toilet that I couldn't unclog despite my best efforts. Called Ally and they scheduled Gino and Sean to come out today. They let us know when they were on their way and had the problem fixed in minutes. Luckily, their auger hooked a washcloth that could be pulled out, otherwise it would have ended up in our main sewer line, which would have been disastrous.
They were courteous, thorough, and explained what they were doing. Gino even stayed to adjust the flow valve and explained how to repair it if needed, potentially avoiding another expensive plumber visit.

I worked with Christopher on two projects. First was a move of a gas line in our kitchen during a remodel and the second was getting a tankless water system. Both times he did an excellent job explaining everything that he was going to do. As changes came up he explained what the options were and what the costs or savings would be. (Yes, savings!) The quality of work looks great and I've been incredibly grateful with his positive attitude and great work. On the second job he brought an apprentice, Juan who was also incredibly good. Ally is definitely a place I'll recommend to folks looking for a quality plumbing company.

We had scheduled an 8am-12pm time slot when we gave up on unclogging our toilet downstairs. We don't use that toilet as often as the others, and thought that someone had clogged it while working on our house a month ago and just hadn't said anything. I called on Sunday to get on the schedule, they put me on Tuesday's schedule, and told me I could call back on Monday for a quote. I was told on Monday that it'd be $450 if they had to pull the toilet and snake, but that it could less.

On Monday they also mentioned the technician was running behind and could we possibly bump our Tuesday window from 8-12 to just 10-12? We agreed, and on Tuesday at 12:45 I called to see if I could get an ETA. I was told from 2-6 or 3-7 initially, but when I explained that I couldn't sit at home all day waiting and needed a smaller window, the tech insisted he would certainly get there between 2-3, and would be done by 5 when we needed to leave. We got home at 155, pulling into our driveway right behind The Ally Plumbing van.

Chriss looked at the clog, tried to snake it, pulled the toilet, checked it again, and came upstairs to tell us he was worried we had an issue with our main water line. He took a look out back and told us he thought we were on septic and that our tank was full, (which after getting in touch with a septic company isn't the case, but it's a similar looking setup that looks BAD with how it is right now, and the septic company is the one that fixes this particular pump). All in all it was an informative visit and even though we'd been quoted $450 for pulling the toilet and snaking we ended up getting charged $325ish, and we were able to use the $160 for $200 deal on yelp!

We really appreciated Chriss coming out and helping give some direction as to who to call to help out with our shit While he was running behind, I would still prefer running behind and the honest 'we can't do anything, here are 5 business cards for people who might' rather than seeing that we're clueless and taking advantage.

I wish I could leave 100 stars for Ally Plumbing! It started with my bathroom sink being clogged for months being my house is over 15 years old. I sent out a message to multiple plumbing companies and Ally was one to responded to me within two hours give me a quote and sent out Devin to my house within hours. Devin came in, looked at my sink, gave me a quote, repaired it immediately, and was done with the sink within 15 mins. I will never use any other plumber for my home and will make all my family and friends use Ally Plumbing and Devin for plumbing services! Devin even looked at my broken toilet and gave me suggestions on how he can help me repair that! Thank you!!!!!! It's hard finding people that can help with home repairs and it's nice to find someone who genuinely cares about your home like you do.

Fantastic service. They came when they said they would and gave us 45min heads up in the window. Very friendly and did the job with great quality and promptness. Having dealt with my fair share of horrid contractors in the past, they are a breath of fresh air.

Great plumbing company.

My shower had stopped working so I reached out for a contractor through yelp and ended up going with Ally because they were easier to schedule with. Christopher did a great job and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes while I was on a call for work. Luckily the call ended on time because he finished so quickly!

Christopher was also really helpful in calling before he came over. The long windows of time plumbing companies use always suck but at least he did what he could and called beforehand.

Christopher came at the beginning of the four hour window. He explained the job and quickly got my drains working.

The process to set up the appointment was smooth over yelp, phone and the text letting me know someone was on their way over was very helpful.

Would recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Also he should do standup comedy about plumbing. He was funny!

Having a problem that requires a plumber generally sucks. We had a laughably large water bill and subsequently discovered an exterior leak from our water main. No fun.

After consulting with several local companies, we decided upon Ally Sewer and Drain given their quick turn around time and competitive pricing. Lucky for us, we got so much more.

Is there an option for 6 stars? Cody and Kena were fantastic. Our initial plan for unidirectional boring to preserve my landscaping was not going to be an option after the city marked our gas line and made the approach unfeasible. Cody and Kena talked me off a ledge, said they could minimally disrupt my yard with a trench and then totally delivered.

They were clean, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick and awesome. Also the person handling their phone/email was responsive and also awesome. So happy with the work. Fully recommend.

The sink in kitchen has been clogged for 3 weeks. Ever since we moved in the house 4 years ago, the sink got clogged every year (40-years-old house). In the past it was fixed by companies using snake.

This year we contacted 3 companies. The first company tried the 65-feet snake but made the sink completely clogged. I was told only hydrojet could fix it. So we contacted another company. But when the guy came, he didn't carry hydrojet due to miscommunication within his company. He tried 100-feet snake and still didn't work.

Finally we contacted Ally Sewer and Drain company. Kena and Cody came with the hydrojet. They took a lot of grease/food out of the sewer. The water went down not as fast as we expected. Kena and Cody inspected the pipe and found out the pipe is longer than the hydrojet could reach. So they decided to let the water drain and come back 2 days later.

When they came back, they opened a valve at basement (the kitchen is upstairs) and hydrojet from there. They got a lot of grease/food out of the pipe. This time it worked. Finally we can wash the dishes in the kitchen!

Kena and Cody did an excellent job. I really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!
