Outdoor faucet needed replacement.

Had a great experience with these folks ... I was having a problem with the garbage disposal, it stopped working and just made a buzzing sound when pushed and water wasn't draining either. They sent over Paul and Isaiah (spelling?), who quickly figured out what was wrong, jiggered some things around and fixed it in minutes. Unbelievably, since it was so quick they declined to even charge me anything ... so I simply had to write them a review!

Fabulous experience! I just moved into a new house so I'm on the edge of broke for the next few months. Which is inconvenient when your tankless water heater refuses to give you hot water for any longer than 3 min. I called them, told them that I needed just a look at the machine and potential quote. But ideally if they could give advice as to how to fix it that I could do safely and they didn't disappoint!! It even freakin worked!!! They even made sure that I understood how this thing worked cause I live under a rock apparently and have never heard or seen these things before. I FINALLY had my first relaxing hot shower in my first home! Y'all are my new go to's for anything plumbing! These people are so worth it!!!

Devon over at ally is the best. He's easy to work with and knows what he's talking about. They're not the cheapest but not the most expensive by a long shot. Scheduling is ways and everyone I've talked to was very friendly.

We had some rough-in and trim work to do and the end result was exactly what we needed.

I couldn't write this review fast enough. I called Ally to service my guest bathroom, I had an old cartridge and pressure valve that was causing leaks. Ally dispatched their serviceman Mana out to take a look. Mana was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem in no time (which included him to try and source out a old part for my Sterling shower that is really hard to find these days).

I can't say enough great things about Mana, and Ally Plumbing. They have a customer for life! Thank you guys! -Amanda

Thank you for being responsive for an estimate. Can't speak to your actual work, but the person that came to look at our repair was only in our house for about 3 min, but parked in our driveway for about 9 minutes afterwards. He barely glanced at the area of concern and instantly he knew it was going to be a typical type job for $1200.00 without tax. Had another business come out and give a thorough estimate and they did the job for less than half. That business got our job. Wasn't just for the cost of the job, it was more that they answered my questions and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Your company made it seem like they wouldn't come back for less than $1200.00.
