We had a mixer valve issue. The first guy figured it out pretty quick, and replaced the broken shower valve. The issue was that he didn't do his due diligence with the install, and we were getting not enough hot water at the shower. Christopher and Jeffrey came right back out, realized immediately what the problem was, and we were back up and running in less than 15 minutes. Thanks team!!

Quick, professional and to the point! I hired Ally to unplug a backed up sink. A team of 2 showed up and wasted no time fixing the issue. They were in and out in less than 40 minutes after I scheduled them just a day before. Thanks Ally!

I called Ally to replace my toilet, the supply line and the shut off valve and remove the old toilet. In preparation I had unpacked everything, provided all parts except the shutoff valve (which had failed and was why I wasn't doing the work myself). In addition I turned off the main water supply. The result:

For a 1 1/2 hour job I was charged $550. The only part they provided was a $10 valve and then they have the cost of disposing of my old toilet. They sent two workers (one was an apprentice who was primarily a go-fer) and one could have done the job with an additional 15-25 minutes. With tax I paid over $600. While the work was great and the personnel excellent I will shop around before I do business with Ally again.

I let Ally come again for a new quote without home warranty. But this time, the estimate is much more than last time. And the faucet started to leak heavily, I must fix ASAP. Feel $480 for replacing an outdoor faucet is expensive. But the work was good and quick.

I had a leaking shower fixture. They came out nearly on time and our technician was kind, and quoted 250$ for the job, which was better than another company. However, we were told to put half the money down and they would be back with the part the next day. We called the next day to find out when they were coming and were told we were not on the schedule. I said that we put money down and she said it was required for a part which would take 2 days to get (we were told very clearly before that they had the part already) the receptionist then informed me if there was a cancellation they could come today. Which would mean the comment about waiting on a part an extra day was hooey. We cancelled our check and did it ourselves for 30$.

Ally plumbers came out to fix our garbage disposal today and Dexter, the technician was wonderful. Professional, friendly, COVID appropriate, I can't say enough. He fixed our problem quickly and without a mess. I highly recommend him - ask for Dexter when you schedule your appointment.

The folks at Ally are terrific - super nice and professional at the same time. They're not just looking for ways to extract money out of you. In fact, they gave us cheaper DIY alternatives when one of our sink pipes gave way (we are not handy folk). Highly recommend!

Blown away by their customer service. Had a bad experience a few years ago with a competing local company and have always been annoyed at the service fee charged by other companies. Chris came out to the house and immediately recognized the issue and used his expertise to solve my hose bib problem. Have become my go to plumbing company for Tacoma area.

I've used Ally Plumbing for a toilet rebuild and a garbage disposal replacement and they've been terrific. The latest incident was a gushing kitchen sink leak that I panicked and called Ally in to address. Fortunately, we were able to fix it by the time Gino and Shawn arrived this week, but they were kind enough to double check my husband's handiwork and give us some guidance on what to do to proactively prevent it from happening again.
