I started my career at a plumbing supply house in Hawaii. Our mission was to helping people with their plumbing needs. During this time, I found the joy in assisting people in reaching their objectives. It was rewarding. My understanding of plumbing components expanded, and I began my career as an apprentice. I came to understand how much I valued working with people and the sense of achievement that comes from delivering good results. I knew this was my path. After several years as a skilled plumber, my family and I moved to Seattle, WA. In Seattle, I connected with my future partners and chose to create a company that delivers competitive rates and high-quality work!

Dale and Tristan were great! They communicated with us well whenever they needed to go in and out of our bathroom/house to replace our 2nd floor drain, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

We have American Home Shield as a service provider for our household appliances, plumbing etc. we called them on Christmas Day, because of a issue with our guest bathroom sink. American Home Shield referred Ally to fix the issue. 1st issue, it took them 4 days before they came to look at the issue. When they did come, the technician said we needed a new faucet. So they said that they would order the faucet and come back the following Wednesday, between 2 and 6pm. The Ally plumber, returned this past Wednesday at 6:30 pm and after trying to put on the replacement, realized that there was another piece that needed to be replaced. Had he taken the faucet apart and did a full assessment the first time, they would have known that. The repair man tried to call American Home Shield to get a authorization for the other part, but it was after hours for the authorization dept., as they were in Central Time. The plumber said they would call first thing. to get the authorization to get the part. Flash forward to today, we call American Home Shield about the authorization and they have no record of a call from Ally, to get authorization. So my husband called Ally and spoke with Kate. Wow, customer service is not her strong suit!! She was rude and dismissive to my husband, like he did something wrong!! He told Kate what Home Shield told him and that it has been 14 days since our original call. Her response was ""A lot of customers have been waiting since Christmas, you are not the only one!"" As if that makes it okay!!! She said she would see what she could do. My husband said, I need to hear back today, her response ""I'm not going promise you anything. We are short by staffed."" There it is... just say that that's the reason for the delay and let us know that! Don't be be arrogant and dismissive to customers. I am beyond P****d off. My husband asked for the name(s) of Kate's superior(s) and we will be having a conversation about her customer service skills. We understand that in these times, companies may be short staffed and we get it and fine with it. But to be disrespectful, and treat us like we did something wrong, when it's them who has dropped the ball!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! If ZERO stars were an option, ALLY would get to big fat ZERO! Ally called to say that we can't be service until January 15th and we will be out so now we can't get serviced until January 20th!!! Almost a month after our initial serve call. You should be shut down for your lack of service!!!

Had water leaking from our ceiling last night. Called Ally this morning and they got someone out right away. Dale came through and was able to help methodically locate the source (an uncapped copper pipe on our second floor). He's a pro, and I would recommend him and Ally for anyone with a similar problem.

Called to replace my shower valve cartridge replacement. I got an appt for 2 days later. Devin did a
great job. Explained everything and fixed the issue. I was charged 250$ plus taxes. He mentioned its their std rate. I would recommend and use their services in future.

Dale and Tristan are the BEST! My girlfriend and I bought our first home and within the first couple months had a leak that caused a bunch of damage to our new place. Searching for a plumber was daunting but Ally had good reviews so we went for it. We could not be happier with the workmanship from Dale and Tristan!! They were so kind, knowledgeable, COVID compliant, and not only fixed our issue but we even had them do an extra project. Seriously. Dale and Tristan are the best and I could not recommend them more!!!

It's true the quotes are a flat dollar amount with no itemized list. My first plumber Devon was great. I'd give him a five. Two guys came out to install the tub. It was a very difficult install because of the space, but they didn't give up. Another great job.
The next guy however, was a different story. Installed a kitchen faucet. It leaked, and he forgot to turn the hot water back on. Second trip he fixed the leak, but forgot to turn the water to the dish washer back on. He also installed the tub faucet. I now have scratches in my brand new tub. Disappointed, but everything works now.

Two years ago I had my water heater replaced by Ally and it was a good experience. So, when I had water leak in master bath and water was dripping from the garage ceiling, I called Ally plumbing. Ally plumbing did the initial inspection and diagnosed shower pan outlet rubber being deteriorated. After demolishing the tiles and removing shower pan we identified there was no leak there. Called Ally plumbing again and after inspection we were told there is no leak from the plumbing and there might be some issue where tiles connected with shower. We are good to put on tiles.
Since it would take a lot of effort to get the issue fixed if it came again, I took a second opinion from another plumber and he figured out that the shower pipe near the shower valve was leaking.
I told Ally and they told me we can come again next week to take a look. Since I cannot have ripped open bath for another week, I got the work done with the same plumber even though I paid Ally for the inspection as well.
I gave this feedback over the phone to Ally and they said ""sorry for that"". I would have loved even if after the second misdiagnosis they would have came back promptly and resolved the issue.

Great Job Done by Dale and Tristan! Gas line in place as requested. Can't wait to get our range to connect it all up and start some cooking with gas!

10/10 I would recommend Ally Plumbing! Gino and Crimson (hope I spelled your names correctly) were amazing! I was given a time window and they came within the timeframe. They saw the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and immediately got to work. I was impressed by their professionalism.
Note: I did have to schedule them out a week in advance and them working on the issue right away was not a guarantee because they had to provide estimates and look at what they were dealing with. This wasn't really an issue for me.

Dale and Tristan were just what I needed, I needed to remodel both bathrooms and didn't want to because of the coronavirus. Dale was great about communicating when he was arriving, and if he was delayed, he was reassuring about getting the work done before he next crew was coming in. He and Tristan removed my old tub, and the old tile surround, the old toilet, and the old shower and tub valves. They replaced he valves and tub; the tub needing to be raised a few inches before it could be installed. I'm definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends.
