We had a major water leak due to the recent freeze in the Seattle area. Ally Plumbing came out the same day, even though hundreds of households were also in trouble. Austin capped the broken pipe, explained what happened and how to avoid problems in the future. All that we dealt with at Ally Plumbing were responsive, professional and friendly. We'll definitely work with them again if needed.

Had contacted them via Yelp projects. They came and checked out a leaking sink valve I had. Turned out to be an easy fix by tightening a bonnet nut but they also quoted me for a full valve replacement. I chose to go with the bonnet nut but they said if the leak continued I would be able to put my payment of the bonnet but towards the valve replacement. Service was on time and I got email communications. They also were able to come two days after I initiated the ask. Was $150 to get that fix but service was good. Would trust them with larger projects

They didn't successfully identify the problem, they just gave an assumption it's the toilet after not able to find any leak. The charge is insane, with an unsuccessful visit, they still charged me almost $400.

We had a leak under our sink. The Ally plumber came out and turned the water off under the sink, it was a pinhole leak in the supply line. He stated we needed to contact Grohe ourselves to get a part. He did not give us a part number but just said to tell them you need a supply line. The Grohe website depicts almost a dozen different hoses so we have no idea which one we need. Meanwhile he charged $514 for turning off the water under the sink, not fixing anything, and not supplying the information we need to get a part. Do not use this company. Rip off.

We were out of the country when neighbors called. During the hard freeze, we developed a crawl space leak. They quickly turned our main valve off to stop it. Arriving home, our house had no water. I went online at Ally Plumbing's website, and though it was late at night, was able to book an appointment for the following day at noon. Ally had replumbed our house in 2022, and did a great job. Seth remembered our house, and quickly found the culprit, the relief valve had frozen and split. He fixed it with 2 hours, including fetching the needed part.
We are again delighted with the service of this company, and recommend them enthusiastically. Responsive, professional, reasonably priced and nice people. Third time we've used their services.

Our waterheater died over a freezing weekend. Ally was about to come out and replace it quickly. A few hours after installation we still didn't have hot water so I called them. It was just frozen pipes and I was able to fix the issue myself, though they did offer to come back out to help!

I've used Ally Plumbing for a few work at home recently. I obtained their contact using Yelp projects. First they came for a free estimate and I called them again to schedule it a few days later.

It was Paul Rizzidid who came to my house for estimate and work. Very professional and knowledgeable person. He figured a few other issues also as part of the maintenance and fixed them as well. He was on time. Finished his work very quickly - made sure everything is good before leaving as well. Absolutely delighted with the service we received.

All the communications from Ally were professional. They will notify you via text and email once the technician is out for service. Also received couple of calls from them to ask about the service. They provided one of the best estimates and I chose them. Value for Money! They offer a 90 days warranty on their work as well.
