He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!

Ally Handyman came to install an attic door. He did not install in the place I asked. Unfortunately I paid before the work was performed. The door opened directly into piping and could not be used. When I called back to have the issue of a nonfunctional door addressed my calls and voicemails were entirely ignored. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same problem of wasted money.

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly. Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood. Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.
