Our furnace went out during a cold spell, and the plumber that installed it wouldn't return our calls for 3 days. I saw the great reviews on Yelp for Allure Plumbing, and called them first as they were close by to our home. Jim answered promptly, and after hearing our problem, came over right away. We felt pretty dumb that we hadn't located the furnace reset button, but he showed us where it was, and turned the heat back on for us. Our hero! Not only that, he was completely honorable, and would not charge us for his time.

What service!! I had no heat in my home so after a little research on the internet, I was fortunate enough to find ALLURE PLUMBING & HEATING. I emailed Allure Plumbing & Heating on Tuesday night after 9pm, by 8:15am Wednesday morning, there was a message from Allure Plumbing. It gets better than that! I spoke with Jim at 9:40am and by 11:01am my heat was fixed! No fuss, no muss! Jim was professional, helpful, honest and his price was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely call ALLURE PLUMBING & HEATING again for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

JIm Murphy is simply ""THE BEST"". Jim and his crew have been doing plumbing work at our house for years and they are terrific. Whether it's an emergency like we had a few days ago or just an a replacement water heater or a remodel (like we are in the middle of now) there is no one better and no one else we would call. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and probably one of the greatest people you'll ever get to know. Always there when you need him and always gets the job done. If you need a plumber you can call anyone but if you want a great professional plumber who is fair, trustworthy, hardworking, and committed to helping you through any plumbing difficulties then you have to call Allure.

Called allure because of good ratings on yelp and he did not disappoint. Called me back promptly and came out within 24 hours to fix my broken toilet. Courteous friendly and would not hesitate to use Jim again for other plumbing related needs. Definitely wanted to provide my feedback because so often people say they will show up and then have an excuse and that was not my experience with Jim and Allure!

Jim gave me a honest and reasonable price for installing a new hot water circulating pump. He came on the date and time as promised. Been 1 month and everything is working great. He is our plumber for future issues!

My laundry sink was clogged and would overflow whenever my washing machine went through the rinse cycle. I called Allure based on the positive reviews from Yelp (and the fact that they were just one town over. Jim answered on this cell phone and I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. The plumber (David) arrived ahead of schedule and waited in the van. I asked him in the house and he was able to clear the drain with a snake/auger in 10 minutes. The whole experience was professional and painless. The cost was reasonable as well. Will use Allure Plumbing again for future needs.

I recently used Allure to install a tankless water heater. The job was done well, and everything was left clean. I had a few plumbers take a look and offer their opinion on how to best install things. While Allure didn't have the cheapest quote, it was competitive, and I have no doubt that I made the right choice. I personally found Jim's design the best, and he was very good about answering all my questions and explaining how and why he was going to do things the way he intended. Bottom line is that he does things the right way, and I would highly recommend!
