Russel P.I gave Alltek a call to get my HVAC system looked at before winter. Unfortunately, they don't work on weekends except for emergencies, and they close at the exact time we get off work. They might be fine people but couldn't provide the service at the times I needed it. No hard feelings.
Anthony G.I have used Alltek several times since my last review, twice this year alone. Earlier this year, i had a toilet leak that they came and fixed right up.
I had a far more serious issue two months ago. My water heater burst.... I heard a loud noise one late Friday afternoon and I walked into my garage to see water coming from the closet that houses my water heater, water softener and furnace.
The heater had definitely burst and so I called Alltek for help. They guided me on the phone on what I needed to do to shut the water off to the heater and then someone came the next day. I obviously needed a new one. They could have installed a tank water heater that day but I decided to wait till they got a tankless in snd upgrade, just a few day wait.
Once they got the tankless water heater, I had constant non-interrupted hot water. Didn't get it for a bad price either and it will eventually pay for itself in lower power and water bills.
Service from Alltek cant be beat! They were there when my family needed them.
