Vladimir came to my house to check my new water heater. He had installed it about 9 months ago. The original hot
water heater was defective. Vladimir was the only serviceman who came to the house who took the time to inspect everything and get to the root of the problem with the original water heater. The hot water heater was replaced after being in the house only 10 months. It truly was a lemon. Vladimir put in my new water heater and did an excellent job, he made sure everything was in order and functioning correctly. I had been away and when I returned home I didn't have any hot water. Vladimir at All State plumbing came to my house, checked all the pipes and got the pilot light working again.
He has a good work ethic, wants to do his best, and takes the time to check everything. You won't be disappointed!

We used Allstate to replace a garbage disposal unit that I purchased from another business. They were able to provide a quote online using the description of the task, and photo of the old unit. They were also upfront that it looked like it may be more than a straight forward replacement since there was some visible corrosion from the old unit and that it would be an extra cost, which I was fine with.

The technician was friendly, and did a good job with the replacement, installation looks neat and there were no leaks. I was very happy with the overall service and would be happy to use them again.

I just moved into a totally remodeled home. Today the sewer backed up under both toilets and the bathtub. It's a disaster! Allstate sent an incredible plumber whose expertise and knowledge enabled him to clear a serious blockage. It is a mess in the house as sewer water spread in every direction. Allstate sent a restoration crew that is currently removing flooring, carpet, etc. I am impressed with the quick response and service from Allstate. I know I am in good hands as we move forward to restore my home.

After dealing with several HVAC companies that did nothing but charge us for services that did nothing to help our issue. We then called a company that sounded great with their high priced advertising, and the technician told us that we needed a completely new unit with a cost of $$,$$$. Isreal did his diagnostics and found the actual problem, which did not require a new system. Isreal has been nothing short of amazing. He is honest, reliable, and personable.
