These people are so unprofessional, shady and condescending. They tried to extort money from me in other ways even if the home warranty decided that it was covered in the first place. They're unreliable and made it really impossible to work with, not to mention the delay and inconvenience it caused me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!

Plumber offered to come out for free to look at the job and gave quote of $545 which involved changing out two bathtub faucets, etc as they were leaking. They ultimately sent two separate plumbers - it is questionable where they learned their skills. After the second plumber left the situation worsened from having a leaking faucet to water continuously pouring out of faucet with low to moderate pressure. I'm not looking forward to my water bill. The company agreed to refund my money.

We had a problem with our water cut off valve to the toilet. We contacted Allstate service group and they came out that same day per our request. They were on time, reasonable, and did a very good job. I myself, will contact them again with any other problem.

Our Laundry room faucet needed replacememt. Allstate tech, David, arrived on time and set up his tools, and went to work soon after arriving. David did an excellent job replacing our faucet. Every thing working better than ever. He went the extra mile and was down on the floor cleaning up after the install.

Our plumbing had a catastrophic failure and I had to shut the water supply off. We have Home Warranty coverage, and they selected a plumbing company which didn't contact us. Called them several times with no response. Water was off to entire house for nearly a day. Called warranty company and they set up Allstate. Allstate came and fixed in no time. No photo at this time but good clean work.

Our A/C went out and the Home Warranty sent out All State Service Group.
They arrived on time, and the technician was professional and very thorough. They could have phoned it in since it was a warranty job, but our technician worked hard and got us squared away. We are keeping their info, if anything else happens around the house, A/C, Heather, Plumbing whatever, we are calling ALLSTATE.
