Requested a quote or estimate on Yelp and Alex was the one of the first to reply. After sending him a picture and info of my water heater, he provided me with a detailed and reasonable quote. He was direct and honest. I really like the process, it's convenient for me and saved me time. Other businesses wanted to check my set up first. I was able to get a preferred schedule on a Saturday.
Rafiq was very professional, came 15 mins ahead of the schedule. He answered all my questions about the water heater and he explained the importance of flushing it every 6 months. And he showed me how it's done. Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the service I got from start to finish.

I walked into the garage into a pool of water to find our water heater went out. I called the home warranty whi sent out a different vendor with dismantled my water heater and left me with no hot water for 3 days. I contacted Allstate Service Group via a yelp project request and was able to get an estimate and I compared with other companies becauseof my prior negative experience. After I decided, Allstate was able to get me scheduled and repaired within 2 hours. Alexey and Rafiq were professional, efficient and friendly. Allstate coordinated the permit and Rafiq came back to complete the permit inspection appointment virtually a couple of days after installation. I am happy to recommend them and will also keep Allstate as my plumber for the future. Thank you all so much!

We needed our recent newly installed sink faucet fixed because a part under the sink broke and it would move whenever we used it. I had a previous poor interaction with a plumbing company I had done thousands of dollars worth of work with. The work was ok, but then they had a policy switch to where they wanted to charge me (and not apply to the work) an inspection fee. I felt this was outrageous. Their policy switch was not communicated and I refuse to pay on principle. So I needed a new plumber for a few things. I turned to Yelp with a project. At least 5 responded, but Allstate Service Group was by far the best. They helped me locate some hardware and even had the odd size toilet I needed in stock. Start to finish was less than 19 hours. The technician was friendly and professional. More important the job was done right and done quickly. I won't pay those big advertiser company costs. They're outrageous. That said, Allstate is not cheap either. It's likely in the range of fair. Considering I got premium expedited service at a fair cost, I'm happy. Invoicing is easy and tech savvy. I paid instantly through Apple Pay. Nice.

We are considering a replacement for our HVAC system (air conditioner, furnace and evaporator coil unit) and since we had a stellar experience with Allstate Service Group on water heater replacement, they were on top of our list to receive the estimates on a new system. Technical specialist Isreal Clark came out precisely on time, checked the current system the most throughly and took all the info. He even fixed the contact on the furnace that got loose. He came up with very detailed 4 variants for new system design and that we are seriously considering - costs are significant, but with the specialists like this we are confident that very complex equipment will be in a right hands. Highly recommend him as extremely savvy and excellent professional. We will scheduling our yearly maintainable appointments with him personally - his level is a true gem.

Allstate Service group was recently sent out to repair my heater unit by my home warranty company and I could not be more pleased with the results. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable are some of the words I would use to describe the technician that came out to do the work. The heater picked the worst time to fail but the warranty company picked the best provider to fix it. We're warm again! Thank you.
