Our AHS Warranty called this company in to fix a broken garbage disposal. It was 'fixed' in a timely manner, but I checked the work as they were packing up (e.g. turned on the disposal) and found it still wasn't actually working! Luckily he was there, and helpfully sorted out the blocked pipe which was causing the issue. I was a bit surprised it hadn't been checked before he packed up!
However, the mechanic was polite, courteous and good at explaining, and I cannot fault the work he did, I am just glad I checked it before he left!!

These guys are the worst. Like many people, I had this displeasure of having to work these these people because of a home warranty.
We have an older water heater that isn't producing the amount of water we would expect but more importantly it takes hours to refill with hot water.
The tech came and did a ""bathtub test"" and said we are getting hot water. Well no shit I could of told you that. How about how long it is taking to rebound? ""Well the ground water is cold in the winter"" okay, how cold is it in or house? ""Well... I can't check that"" then you have no idea if that really is the problem then? ""no"".
I even suggested that the water heater was old and might be full of rust and sediment. ""oh that is very likely because the water is so hard in Utah and could be your problem"" well... did you check for that? ""I can't check for that""
Needless to say, if you can ever avoid doing business with these people. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I wish I could give negative stars.
If you DONT really want a fix and just a patch that will last momentarily, call these guys. They will do the most BARE minimum possible and it will take a month.
We had a leak from our sink and he kept trying to tell us it was leaking from our if the the floor (put glue on the ground pipe) and our leak above was a roof leak and called it good. Lol. I am a woman, no offense, and I knew more about the issue than he did. When we found the issue and called him back, he tried to tell us that we needed to cut the main frame of our house so he could patch it, rather than just fixing the actual problem.
These plumbers do not have ANY interest in working or actually fixing the issue. Not only that but the staff will not answer calls or return them. We finally just had our home warranty cancel their call out and fixed it ourselves, the right way.
Call these guys if you'd like to fix your issue again in 6 months. What Amateurs!!

Allstate Plumbing installed faucet in our basement. I was not home and my wife thought they finished the job. They are demanding we pay $75.00 for the service. I had to fix it with my son. The faucet was loose they never attached it to the countertop.

very hard to contact to get problem resolved. they were sent by american home warranty. all we could get was the run around. problem was never fixed. a he said/she said circus. do not recommend.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It took them five days to contact me after my warranty company assigned them to my house. Then another five days out before they would come to my house. Keep in mind I had a leaky pipe. Leaking into a bedroom. The receptionist could not have been more unpleasant. After reading several reviews I canceled my appointment with them. Very poor customer service.

I wanna cancel my Home Warranty because of Allstate. I called out of business hour( yes its a saturday night) and their phone is out of service. The Home warranty told me they will contact me in 4 business hour for an emergency service. It is pretty funny. I rather pay a new plumber myself than wait until My house is flooded.

Unfortunately Yelp does not allow for zero stars, otherwise that would be my rating. On the simplest side, the guy came an hour late and didn't call in advance as promised. On the more complex side, the plumber assessed a gas issue for my home warranty company where my hot water heater goes out on a weekly basis. He wrote up the detail of the case that I was looking to ""upgrade"" products to make my hot water heater work. My home warranty does not cover upgrades. The staff at Allstate was extremely impolite, unhelpful, and unknowledgeable in assisting me to demonstrate that this is something that needed to be ""fixed"", and not ""upgraded"", using semantics. I have no idea why - they essentially lost out on what they quoted as a $500 paycheck from my warranty company by being so difficult to work with.
Stay away.

I was referred to this horrible company through my home warranty. I was told that I would hear from the company I was referred to you within 1 to 2 hours after waiting 3 1/2 hours I called the phone was answered by Allie who is by far the worst and rudest agent ever. After advising how I have zero water on in my house due to a leaking pipe I was told that I have to wait till tomorrow cause that's not really an emergent situation.
I find the rudeness and lack of caring is horrible. I mean who calls plumbers unless it's emergency situation? I will never have this company come near any repair. If you can't be caring and polite then you don't get my business.

I have used them twice for home warranty work, so not my own choosing. First, it was not made clear of what I would be charged in terms of what home warranty would not cover despite me stating, up on arrival, I did not want pipe extended (which I believed to be the source of the non-warranty cost).
Also, after the PCV was installed the guy was just happy to waltz right out and I had to ask what the pressure was and if we could adjust it to 65 psi. He gave it 2 adjustments and checks and called it good...when pressure was solid only at 60 psi (as checked with my eyeballs over his shoulder) not 65... he just wanted to get out of there. Not so great thoroughness.
The same guy previously did other home warranty work at a bathtub...he never bothered to put the back access cover back on. Additionally, the tub slowly leaks water because the stopper length was never QC'd. So it's a trend item with this dude (name was Treyvon or something).
As other reviewers have noted, Aly, the scheduler person, was snarky about my desire not to do/pay what the warranty co. would not cover. She said I had to pay whatever was quoted...I did but my attempt to get refunded did not work based on the clown act above.
