Once we approved the estimate, they had a crew out in a matter of days to complete the work. They did a great job, completed the work as promised, and cleaned up after the work. They were also great with communication via phone and email with their front office and they arrived on time! I will definitely use them for my next plumbing need.

I would never personally use Allstate plumbing again!! We used them for our business and one of their techs dropped and cracked one of our commodes. Going on 10 months trying to get it replaced at no cost to us since we didn't break it and now they are saying it is out of warranty due to it being done back in 2020!! Wrong!! We weren't even open in 2020!! Complete liars and don't care that they broke anything. They are just trying to take advantage of our corporation to pocket more money!! Crooks and liars!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Woke up to our toilets flooding in the middle of the night. Ira from Allstate Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the issue (tree roots had grown into the sewer main line) efficiently and helped us tremendously. The flooding stopped. He was so friendly and kind, putting me at ease while I was in the middle of freaking out cause our house was flooded. I'm so grateful they were able to help us in the middle of the night. I have worked with Rick and Monica for sometime now and every single time I need them they are Johnny on the spot. They are very good with communicating when somebody is coming. They send out an email when your tech is on his way. They are very diligent of working with the pricing that you need them to work with. They have come to my rescue more times than I can count! I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies in my time and Allstate Plumbing is the best company I've worked with!

We have used Allstate at least 4 times since 2012 to replace faulty gas control valves on a water heater. The valves are a Honeywell issue, not Allstate. It went out again this week. We called and told them what it would be so they would bring the right part. We've told them every time but several times they didn't bring it and then charged labor so they could go get one.
The technician came out, installed the valve in about 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes talking to office over billing amount.

499.97 for valve
15.00 for small amount of plumbers putty
23.62 credit card convenience fee ( would have been nice to have been told that, we do have checks)
after tax, 811.08.

I should have read the reviews!

I asked for help finding an underground leak (over $7 K water bill). They said they had the leak detection equipment to do that and gave me the service fee and hourly rate. They showed up, turned a few valves, did a property walk around, confirmed there probably was a leak .....but would need to come back with sonar equipment. The charge would be over $500. Any repairs would be extra. They charged me $210 for their EXPERTISE. I'm still trying to get a copy of the bill. They did absolutely nothing to solve the problem I already knew I had. I call that BAIT AND SWITCH.
