These guys were great. My hot water heater had stopped providing hot water. They were out there the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would definately call them again!!

We had a really bad clog in the kitchen and in the laundry room. After reading other peoples review on them, we decided to get they a call. They came out that morning and they clear the clog. They checked the kitchen and fix the small leak in the kitchen. The cost was higher than I expected, but he gave us a discount when we mentioned yelp which help with the cost. We have mention about the leaky sink in the laundry room, but it would have cost us more the cost of removing the clog. So, I give them 4 1/2 stars not quite 5.

I had my bathroom remodeled and had Allstate come in to do the rough plumbing.
I had three different plumbers bid on the job and Allstate was the second lowest bid, but they estimating process was more professional and detailed than the low bidder which made me decide to go with them.
Once the wall was opened a new problem of a rusted pipe was found which caused an additional charge, which is expected, but it went up a little higher than I wanted.
The job took a little longer than expected including the unexpected pipe replacement, but the workmanship was above average and I am willing to take an extra day longer for good work.

I was on the fence about 4 or 5 stars, but the bottom line is that I would recommend Allstate.

Allstate did a great job on a gas-line install. We had a few other companies come and look at our house for the gas-line install, but a couple did not want to do it and others seemed very unprofessional. Paul came out, looked at our home and gave us a reasonable quote for the job. Jeff was the main tech that worked on our home. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He also advised us on a few other things he would get fixed in our home. I would recommend Allstate to anyone looking for a gas-line installation.

Problem: No hot water.
Noticed that the pilot died. So followed the instructions and tried to light the pilot. Did not work. I looked around yelp and chose Allstate Plumbing. They had decent reviews.
Paul answered the phone and said they would come between 10-11am. Cezar arrived at 10.15am. Pretty punctual. He replaced the thermo-couple and still the thing did not work. Seems the valve at the bottom of the heater to die. Heater needs to be replaced.
He recommended that, first, I call the manufacturer to see if I have any warranty available. He did not push their product aggressively.
Conclusion: All in all a decent job. The work area was left clean. Would definitely recommend.

I had a leak under my house. Not only was Paul's bid lower than another but he had a bright idea that saved me money and trouble.
(unsolicitied advice here: Always work with the smartest guy and not the cheapest guy when it come to your house! ) So the next time I have plumbing issues I will call Allstate again.

I had a leaking faucet in the shower which had not been replaced since the house was built. To help replace it, I called Allstate plumbing who arranged for a plumber to come out the next morning. The plumber conducted himself professionally and had a friendly demeanor. He worked quickly to replace the parts and charged a reasonable price for his time. I was pleased with their overall services and will call them again if I need any further help.

Needed a gas line extention for a new cooking range, called some other company and they quoted $750 which seemed too much to me. Based on the reviews here I called AllState, These folks are professionals and honest. Paul (a supervisor ) came, quoted me 275 $, then after 2 days Eddie came in the morning and finished the work in one hour to my satisfaction..I am extremely pleased..

I had a leaking sprinkler pipe and called Allstate after reading the other reviewer's notes. The repairman came out within 2 hours and undid all the damage that many a previous hack plumbers tried but failed to fix (myself included). Cost was higher than I would have liked, but he used all copper material and even installed a valve so I wouldn't have to turn off water to the whole house if anything further down the line (i.e. cemented PVC pipes) went wrong in the future.

Overall, I'm glad I called Allstate and will call them again when the need arises.

I was charged by not only the hourly rate the company was agreed originally, but also additional charge (hidden fee that I wasn't informed when I first called for a quote/rate). I was told about that extra charge only after the plumber started working on my home. The reason that the company was given for the ""hidden charge"" was because the extra equipment usage. I ended up paying double the price I was first told. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
