We recently used Jimmy for a toilet repair that I could not fix my handy self. He was very quick to answer, polite, and really knew his trade. He had to come back after he obtained the unusual parts for my old apparatus. He was not cheap, but I would not go to anyone else after using him once. I highly recommend this responsible and professional man.

James was great. He fit us in for what I thought was a big issue. He showed up, diagnosed the issue and was extremely accommodating regarding the fee for his time. It wasn't one of these flat one hour service charges. I would absolutely recommend him and would use him again if we ever have a plumbing issue.

I wanted my domestic hot water heater replaced with a new one I purchased myself. There were many other plumbers who came and went. they were all terrible. They won't show up on time, treat me like an idiot with their questions and they promise to send a quote and never to be heard again or quote me something ridiculous. But Jimmy from Allstate mechanical was fantastic. He showed up on time and gave me honest answers to my questions and offered me alternative solutions that he won't even make a penny out of, and he gave me a quote right then and there which was very reasonable. Then we scheduled a time for the installation. Unfortunately, he got sick severely and he was courteous enough to call me previous day and inform me that he won't be able to make it. I waited for more than a week, he still wasn't well. Then he arranged a friend of his to come and do the install and honor the same price. He promised his friend would do the job just as good as him or even better. I am very satisfied with his friend Norm's skills too and it all got done finally. I will definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone and I will use his service in the future without a doubt. It's hard to find a honest plumbing service around here!

I used Allstate Mechanical to replace my hot water heater recently. I found their name online. The reviews sounded great so decided to give it a try. I called and left a message. Jimmy called me back in 5 minutes and he was able to come to my place right away to inspect the unit. His pricing is very fair and reasonable, compared to the quotes I got from other contractors. Most importantly, he was able to accommodate my schedule and install the new unit the day after. Jimmy and his helper Jeff finished the job quickly and very neat. Jimmy was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!!!

It is so rare to find someone who both knows what he is doing technically AND is professional, courteous, and responsive. Jimmy is all of the above. He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes, came out for an estimate that day, sent me a written estimate within 24 hours, and answered all my 101-level questions patiently over the phone. The work was completed efficiently, cleanly, and dare I say beautifully. Especially as a new homeowner, it is such a relief to find someone who takes the time to provide true customer service and expertise, rather than simply getting the job as quickly as possible. I've found my guy for any and all plumbing issues from here on out.

I had very low hot water pressure in a bathroom sink. I reached out to Jimmy for a quote which was very responsible. He later came out to do the repair. He was prompt, professional and was able to fix the issue and install a new faucet in a timely manner. I highly recommend his services.

Jimmy at Allstate Mechanical was the absolute best for many reasons. Number 1 - Response Time: He responded in exactly 4 minutes from my message. Number 2 - Told me that he would work with his schedule to give me an earlier time. Number 3 - After understanding my schedule restraints, called me and came 4 hours early to help with my immediate plumbing needs. Number 4 - Was extremely friendly to me and my 2 year old son. Number 5 - He gave me confidence that he would succeed. Number 6 - I had to take my 2 year old to the doctor's office and he worked and texted me when he finished. He was so friendly that my son kept calling for Mr. Jimmy at the doctor's office. Number 7 - Finished the job successfully and quickly. Number 8 - Charged a very reasonable price. I don't know why you would go with anyone else!

I can't say enough fantastic things about Jimmy and his company, Allstate Mechanical. I never do reviews, but this definitely warrants one. My wife and I just bought a house, or should I say, money pit. The water tank was the next to go and we were without hot water or working water lines. Jimmy came out and saved the day. His work was exceptional, his prices were the best, and he went the extra mile for us in so many areas. I wanted to give the man a hug.

I'm a Marine and I know when someone goes above and beyond the line of duty and Jimmy just set the bar. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Jimmy! OOHRAH!
