I found Manny and his team on Yelp. Very professional, answered my call right away on time and quick service on a Friday before a Holiday. Manny quickly identified my issue with my upstairs bathroom noise and assured me it was a minor issue with the toilet that only needed the parts to be replaced. Water heater replaced and hauled away. Happy I found them on such short notice and that they were able to help me out. Competitive pricing!

This is a follow-up to my initial review on Thumbtack (see https://www.thumbtack.com/ca/whittier/plumbing/allstar-rooter/service/246252754379605008 ). It has been a little over 2 weeks since Allstar completed the repiping of my entire house, and my prior top rating and review definitely stand! Everything is working flawlessly, and we're amazed at the efficiency of the new pipe routing versus what the builder had in place ~28 years ago. The water pressure and volume are very consistent throughout the house. Also, upon turning on any hot water faucet, the water heats up in a matter of seconds! This may sound rudimentary, but we had always relied heavily on the recirculatory pump to get hot water to the kitchen sink and showers without having to run the water for several minutes.

I also recently asked Manny to come out for some additional follow/on work such as installing a bathtub spout/divider, shower head, and cut-off valves to the clothes washing machine. Manny promptly and cheerfully came out and quickly replaced the spout and shower head. He also quickly exercised/ repaired the cut-offs, thereby alleviating the need to replace them and saving money.

Our complete satisfaction with the prior repiping/drywall work, which far exceeded our expectations, coupled with Manny's recent visit, have galvanized my earlier decision to make Allstar Rooter/Davila Plumbing my trusted ""go to"" contractor for all current and future plumbing needs. Thank you Manny for all that you do!!

Josue showed up at my house during the time window that was agreed upon and was very professional. He even went as far as playing me me know right off the bat that if anything he's doing it saying wasn't up to par, to please let him know and he'll immediately stop.

The work was quick but Josue was very detailed and informative. I was quoted and thought I had to have my trash disposal replaced as well but he let me know that it was unnecessary so that honesty saved me some money but it sold me fit future business with them.

Pricing they quoted me was accurate and very fair compared to the other quotes I received. They did not try to upsell me on anything. They let me know what my options are for in the future if I didn't want to run into the same issues again. They didn't try to press me to agree to any of their suggestions at all either.

Best decision i made to go with this company. They gave me a quote promptly just through yelp, called me right away on what our garbage disposal looked like then service rendered the following day. My husband went for rooter hero company prior to allstar plumbing. Found that our garbage disposal needs to be changed right away plus our pipes needs some changes but not an immediate problem to be fixed. Rooter hero was gonna charge us $600 for just the garbage disposal?!?!?! Imagine $600?!? When allstar plumber came and assessed our sink, did a great job with the garbage disposal and found nothing wrong i mean Nothing wrong with our pipes. That is what you call an honest business.
