My hb had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property company. Hired them to manage the property, and they took the money for an entire year .Despite numerous promises, there was zero profit, no results.It feels like they took advantage of the owner, collecting fees but providing absolutely no service in return. So regret ever trusting them and would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company. Avoid at all costs!

Although the property is beautiful, the property management company is terrible and they try to charge you for extra fees. I've moved in 4 months ago. They have added a fee onto my rent every month and I can't get in touch with anyone about taking it off. The one time Raven from financial finally called me back, she tried to say the fee was valid, put me on hold to check the lease, told me she would call me back and never did and has been unreachable since. I have left voicemails, sent emails, had other people tell her to contact me and nothing. Now they are charging me late fees for not taking care of this random charge.
Edit: I spoke with Raven from financials shortly after I posted this. She advised that she checked my lease and it doesn't say that I have to pay this extra fee and they will most likely take it off my bill. She called me back shortly and advised now that she spoke with her supervisor that they cannot take the cost off my bill and I should speak with Angel. Angel who has rave reviews so far. I called Angel and left a voicemail and she called back within a few hours. Although, I completely explained my issue to her on her voicemail, I explained it again and her tone was short and irritable. She advised that my lease says that the tenant is responsible for all utilities. I reminded her that the lease lists all utilities except trash/recycling. She advised that if I Google it, then I will see that utilities ""commonly include trash."" I advised her that commonly and definite are two different things. I reminded her that I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Allstar for months and her response was ,""today is the 1st time you tried to call me."" And went as far as saying that I am arguing semantics over the lease. A lease should be clear and definite. She also told me that it was my fault that I didn't have a lawyer look over my lease before signing it. I told her that I was told that the costs would be taken off/deducted from my bill and her response was she can't confirm that was told me. I told her to contact Raven to confirm that's what I was told and report back to me and she advised that she would NOT be calling me back because she's the boss and she made her decision. With rent increases being through the roof, I do not appreciate the lack of care that Allstar as a whole has put me through. I have had flooding in my basement that they wouldn't come out and check for days because it wasn't flooding enough for someone to come out. I've had a leaky pipe under my sink for which they canceled my work order. Again, the property is beautiful and I'm happy that I have a home for my family, however Angel's attitude and unprofessionalism in handling this situation makes it understandable why the rest of the staff lacks the sense of urgency. I ended my conversation with Angel advising her that I will NOT be paying for this additional charge and she advised that they would be marking me down for late rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! It sucks, because the lease is for 2 years, something else that wasn't discussed with me and I only noticed when I signed my lease.
Do not rent through this company unless you are willing to never get your security deposit back and never have work orders processed. We lived on the property for over two years, paid rent on time every month. When we moved out, we paid someone to clean the property - including the use of a carpet cleaner. We filled in any holes/dings in the drywall and repainted. At the end of it all, Allstar said we owed them $6.00. They tried to charge us $50.00 for light bulbs - and all of the bulbs were in working order when we moved out. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Also, there was a shingle hanging off our roof and our fence fell down. We put in MULTIPLE work orders and they NEVER fixed it. We were lucky the shingle didn't fall off of the roof and hit one of us or our cars. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - find another company to rent through - you will be glad you did!
