They provided excellent service and were out there in a timely fashion to look at my problem and fix it the same day. The gentleman was very thorough and explained what needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient when I asked questions. The price was reasonable and they have flat rate fees, so you know what you're getting into would definitely recommend them.

AllStar Plumbing should be renamed NoStar Plumbing. Hire any plumbing company but this one. They overcharge their customers. Owner is unreasonable. Will never use this company again.

I had a pipe bust in the freeze on Christmas Eve!!! I called All Star on Tuesday and they got to me on Thursday!! I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Mike and his helper David were outstanding!!! Very professional and thorough. I know they have many other jobs to complete but they did not rush and made sure I was good to go before they left. They are also very reasonably priced!!! Amanda is also amazing!!! She answered my call (many other companies don't even answer the phone) and gave me a realistic expectation of when they could get to me. I will never use another plumbing service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your plumbing needs. Great job, once again All Star!!!

All Star Plumbing provided two hours service to repair two toilets and changed small part on leaking faucet. Charged $1000!!! Called owner to request itemized bill but he refused and he provided no explanation for ridiculous cost. Parts were low cost so we estimated paying over $300/hr labor versus reasonable and customary $125/hr.

Recommend checking prices before using this company.

The contractor had swapped the water lines where hot was coming out of the cold side and cold coming out of the hot side. I hired All Star to correct this and asked them to fix a drip in hall bath sink. They charged me $412.50. Why so much? They had to travel to my home and create an invoice. This is the managers explanation as to why the charge was so high.

Do not use this company. Other plumbing companies charge $100 to $125 minimum for service calls. But what I got for $412.50 is ridiculous so was the manager's explanation.

Weve used Allstar Plumbing many times. They're always fast and courteous with great service. They don't sit around, trying to drag out the job to increase the bill and their rates to be less than other plumbing companies, every time. They're the only company we will use in the LC area!
