Leighton and Bo just left my house and I am thrilled with their service. They were kind, funny, not intrusive (somehow, yet they had to come in of course, lol, but they managed it) and quick and efficient! Great prices, same day service in my case and all in all, a great experience considering both my toilets were not working - talk about stress!

This is not about their quality of work itself, but I think it's important to note that one of the men, Bo, was actually here at my house 18 years ago, doing work for my dad, who has since died. He remembered him and told me that he was a nice guy, that kept him company while he was outside, digging in the front yard to create a drain for the future, potential problems - such as this. This matters because it was good customer service. A man working for a company, who remembered a previous client and bothered to chat with me about him. He and Leighton made it feel like it was a tiny, small, family business. That quality, along with their skill set, was a wonderful combination on a stressful day. Oh, and Leighton recognized my children from the shared dance studio that our kids attend. It really was just like a small town business!

These guys reminded me how important this skill is, and that indoor plumbing is a blessing. A job well done by skilled technicians. I look forward to having them back - sort of, lol ;) Thanks, guys!

It's really unfortunate that my $350 - $550 job wasn't important or big enough for them to even call back to let me know they either didn't want the job or had ""a bigger job"" to do.

Brian came out to my house and I was really impressed with how quickly he showed up for the estimate. He was very kind and did a pretty good job explaining what needed to be done to get my bathtub and shower working again. He said he would check some places for a part that wasn't so common anymore and get back to me later that day or the next. A few days had passed and I had already left text messages and called Brian with no answer back before finally calling the office. They said they would get ahold of him and let him know I was reaching out. Finally I got a call and was told he had ""a bigger job"". I guess that's why I hadn't heard anything.... And that's why this will be the last they hear from me.

My upstairs bathroom was not working and hadn't been working for a while. we had Family coming into town and needed it fixed fast, I called All-Star to see if they had anybody available on such a short notice and they sent over someone within an hour. I was super impressed with how fast he was. I will definitely be calling them again!

Had horrible problem with water pressure and call for several different companies for quotes. Many of the people who cam told me I needed to simple just change my shower head and it's about 200 bucks and that may fix it. I wasn't buying that and it still didn't fix the issue. Finally, I called AllStars Home Services and they sent Ericsson over. Honestly I have never had such a positive experience. He was kind and understanding. He identified the issue and fixed it within 30 mins. I highly recommend using them!

Had to call All Star our on a Monday nite to clear an overflowing sewer line that was getting ready to really start causing problems. Called at 7 Vincent arrived by 8 problem solved by 8:30. Vincent was very fast and professional, every technician I have dealt with when using this company has been top notch. I highly recommend All Star for your plumbing needs. The Technicians always go above and beyond. Great Job Vincent I hope your supervisors know what a great employee you are. AAAA++++

Matthew came on time, did a professional job at a reasonable price. He even went the extra mile and showed my how to fix the clog myself next time. Here's why he didn't get 5 stars: I gave out my e-mail address so he could send me a receipt. I never got the receipt, but in the 24 hours since the service call, I have received four emails and a text message asking me for a review. After the first, I unsubscribed from the mailing list, but I am still getting emails. Maybe now that I have posted a review, the marketing mail will stop and the receipt will come. My advice: definitely call Matthew to help with your plumbing issues. Don't give out your data!
