Our AC wasn't blowing cold air and everywhere I called had a 1-2 week wait! In triple digit temps, that is pretty much torture. Thankfully I found Allstar, who told me they could have someone out the next day. Rovel came to look at our unit this afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in no time. Really great service! Will definitely call them first next time!

I called this company two years ago.
I have some peoblems with a water
Leaking in the guest bathroom.
Everything turn out great.
Today i have another problem.
This time was with toilet and shower so wife and i decided to kill the bird twice.
Justin was the tech.
He did a great job.
Told us what he recommend for us to keep everything in a good way.
This company cares for their customers and offer a great business with good techs

We had a main line back up late on the Sunday before Memorial Day. We called another company at first and after two hours of not hearing back from them we called Allstar. The quoted me the service call amount and hourly rate over the phone. Within fifteen minutes of getting paged Austin called me, asked about the issue and arrived 30 minutes later. Austin was professional, clean, very nice and went above and beyond to be sure the problem was fixed and fixed right, and for the price I was quoted. Austin is an All-Star in my book.

Collin Gagliardi came out to my sister in law's house to look at a leak under the sink.
I knew that it was a probably a quick fix and it was.
He did not charge me anything. The house is owned by my sister in law . She had to work and asked if I could come meet the plumber. Her husband passed away this summer leaving her a widow with 2 sons. We try to help her and the kids as much as we can. It is so refreshing to see a kind, hardworking and honest plumber. What a great guy!! I will definitely be using this plumber for my own house from now on!

I highly recommend All-Star for all plumbing issues especially in replacing water heaters. I recently had a new tankless water heater installed by Cori. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very professional. I truly believe that you get what you pay for. A lot of plumbers will try to cut corners or make a temporary fix that leads to more issues and costly fixes down the road. It's nice to have something done right the first time and assurance that they know what they're doing. I'm a very happy customer!

I had a leak in my bathroom and called them for a quote, they sent two technicians out, Edgar and Ethan, they immediately assessed the situation, gave a quote, got a the part, fixed the problem. I called to have two water valves and a gas valve installed in the garage for my new appliances. Alfredo showed up and provided me with a detailed estimate for the job. Alfredo explained everything that he was to do and also some recommendations. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am pleased with all the work done.

I am very please with Allstar and the two separate service calls that I made this week. Allstar has very professional and knowledgeable technicians, and it's a pleasure to do business with.
