Collin G was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Took his time to explain in detail what was wrong with my water heater. He did not make me feel pressured into fixing what is not necessary or as ""precaution"". Exceptional customer service. I called at 5:30 PM to request a tech and he was at my front door by 6:30 PM on a Monday evening. Great service all around.

A+++++Service, super fast help me out. Got a water heater dead and Curtis showed up and recommend that replacement cost me $1750 and I got a new water heater. They finished job in 2 hours and helped me hooded up the washer. Nice service.

This review is LONG overdue. We ended up calling All-star to get our septic tank cleaned out and our plumber Chad went above and beyond helping with any questions and concerns that we had and keeping us updated on everything going on. We were beyond stressed because our leech field was failing so we ended up needing to connect to the city which was crazy expensive but honestly, if it wasn't for Chad's customer service, we would've gone elsewhere! So thank you Chad for being so informative, patient and for helping us get through that rough patch!

Leighton and Bo just left my house and I am thrilled with their service. They were kind, funny, not intrusive (somehow, yet they had to come in of course, lol, but they managed it) and quick and efficient! Great prices, same day service in my case and all in all, a great experience considering both my toilets were not working - talk about stress!

This is not about their quality of work itself, but I think it's important to note that one of the men, Bo, was actually here at my house 18 years ago, doing work for my dad, who has since died. He remembered him and told me that he was a nice guy, that kept him company while he was outside, digging in the front yard to create a drain for the future, potential problems - such as this. This matters because it was good customer service. A man working for a company, who remembered a previous client and bothered to chat with me about him. He and Leighton made it feel like it was a tiny, small, family business. That quality, along with their skill set, was a wonderful combination on a stressful day. Oh, and Leighton recognized my children from the shared dance studio that our kids attend. It really was just like a small town business!

These guys reminded me how important this skill is, and that indoor plumbing is a blessing. A job well done by skilled technicians. I look forward to having them back - sort of, lol ;) Thanks, guys!

It's really unfortunate that my $350 - $550 job wasn't important or big enough for them to even call back to let me know they either didn't want the job or had ""a bigger job"" to do.

Brian came out to my house and I was really impressed with how quickly he showed up for the estimate. He was very kind and did a pretty good job explaining what needed to be done to get my bathtub and shower working again. He said he would check some places for a part that wasn't so common anymore and get back to me later that day or the next. A few days had passed and I had already left text messages and called Brian with no answer back before finally calling the office. They said they would get ahold of him and let him know I was reaching out. Finally I got a call and was told he had ""a bigger job"". I guess that's why I hadn't heard anything.... And that's why this will be the last they hear from me.
