Love this company! Steve and Kalen (I think that's how his name is spelled) from the restoration company they work with are absolutely amazing! Had a leak going on for a while and Steve came out very quickly to check everything out and let me know what was going on. What I loved was their honesty. They let me know what were the major issues and what needed to be fixed and what could be held off etc. I love that they weren't pushy and allowed me to make my decisions instead of forcing stuff on me just to make an extra dollar. They really gave me a lot of insight and knowledge to the problems I was having with the leak that way I could know for the future if I ever come into any other problem with other leaks as well. Would definitely suggest this company and definitely Steve and Kalen! I will definitely use this company again if I ever have any problems again!

Our water heater was not working so we contacted Allstar at night and within minutes received a response. We called them the next morning and they came out right away to inspect the problem. Had to call a plumber when our own attempts to unclog the toilet failed. It was Sunday and we thought it would kill us payment wise but we had to do it. We called got an appt for 2 pm. Vincent showed promptly at 2 and was done by 2:30! He was quick and friendly! We are definitely going to be a repeat customer. And they didn't kill us on the Bill!

I called all star yesterday because our ac wasn't working at the office! We were so hot with the temp at 83 inside! The dispatch said someone could come out to us the next day! Curtis came in the time slot that was assigned to us. He was very professional and quick. He determined the problem right away and had our ac working in no time!!! I'm so grateful for his help especially with the temp at 109 outside. I recommend this company for their quick response time and I recommend Curtis for his great service!

First......the technician didn't finish the leak,so he leaves the shower cartridge behind for another technician to finish a week later......So the second technician shows up and tells me that the first technician left the wrong cartridge behind........so he finally finishes and doesn't discount the wrong cartridge,that he left behind ....again

My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon, I called All Star Home Servixes and Chadi B was rolling to my home within minutes. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem within a minute and was able to repair the unit within 20 minutes and get us back up and running for a very reasonable charge. Chadi was professional and courteous and explained the problem and the repair thoroughly, and even gave me a brief tutorial on how AC units work and how to troubleshoot the system in the future. My air conditioner quit working on one of the hottest days of the year! Jason, owner of the business, was able to get someone out here the next day, a Sunday. The technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and tested the system to make sure there were no further issues. As it turned out the was a secondary problem, which he was able to correct immediately. If he'd had not have been so thorough, we would have had to call someone back out. The work was done for a fair price. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.
