We called Allstar Home Services on Sunday for a plumbing emergency. When we were placing our emergency call we were informed that due to it being Sunday that they had a few clients before us and that someone would be out within the next few hours, which was understandable. The lady that took our call stated that she would do her best to adjust the other service calls to have someone there sooner. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from Matt H., who informed us he was on his way. Once Matt arrived, he was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. We will recommend Allstar Home Services to everyone, not only do they have excellent customer service, they did not nickel and dime us. Had an emergency leak on a Sunday! I called and was able to get someone within an hour for a free quote! Matt Hodkinson was the guy that performed the work. The price was beyond fair and he was a great guy that did quality work!

My kitchen sink pipes were leaking and I had tried everything to fix it myself. I was at my wits end when I finally called All Star. It was very late in the day but they were still able to send Nick out to take a look at the problem. He was great! He fixed it in less than five minutes and wouldn't even charge me! When does that happen??!! Thank you sooo much! I will definitely use All Star for all my future plumbing needs.

Today we had Brandon come out to do some hydrojetting thats when he discovered we had other major plumbing issues to adress. He was helpful in going over pricing and options with us.
There also happen to be a bathroom sink that needed a little work which Brandon fixed. But after he left, the bathroom sink started leaking. Brandon was contacted and returned to make another repair. Shortly after leaving again, the sink was still leaking. Being after hours now, Allison was handling phone calls and she was courteous and prompt to ensure the on call technician came back once again to fix the problem (at no extra cost!). Thanks All Star plumbing for helping us today.

My family had plumbing issues, and we called Allstar. We called them at 4 and they were here before 5. The guy they sent was named Matt, he had the job done and cleaned up by 5:30. Great Service for a Sunday evening.

The guy showed up and went into my bathroom and said oh you have WATER DAMAGE. Then he went into how to make a homeowners claim. ""IF"" I make a home owners claim then he would not charge me to replace my flange and wax seal.

I quickly asked the guy to leave.
