Our water heater turned off, and we couldn't turned it on. James ""Bo"" McNeely came out and fixed our water heater. Actually, he gave me simple instructions on how to turn it on. He also suggested changes to the shut off valve. Thank you again for all your help. Bo was very helpful.

I had these guys come out two weeks ago he put the camera down and said the line was clear. $170 dollars later. Its been Two weeks almost to the day. My toilet and tub are both stopped up again. I called Allstar back and asked the to come out and give me a free service call...There answer was NO. Thanks for the good customer service. Needless to say I would not Recommend there service to anyone...ever.

These folks do solid work and the price wasn't a bank breaker. It's plumbing work, so it's not gonna be cheap, but as the saying goes ""cheap work not good, good work not cheap"". They replaced the shower control, which was more of a job than I could complete. It wasn't just the little doohickey that pulls out. They had to remove some of the fiberglass and replace the system that the controls attach to, which involved cutting some of the pipe work itself. That's quite a bit above my pay grade, but Tim and his partner (sorry I forgot your name, man!) made quick work of it.

That being said, these folks are definitely gonna be getting a call from me again to have more work done in the future. Good job, guys!

Tried to install a hot water recirculating pump; fwiw, I'm not a DIY Plumbing guy. All was going well, and one last part: kept leaking. Called Allstar: Branden A arrived in less than one hour, and he was Mr. Goodwrench on the part: and the pump works like a champ. Invited Branden to install the sensor valve: he knocked it out no problem. He asked a few other questions about our plumbing, just to make sure that we were good to go. Courteous, conscientious, and complete. Yes: I will call them again.

Things started backing up in our home. Who do we call? All Star Plumbing of course. We've used All Star Plumbing off & on for over 10 yrs. Called them today noonish. They came out after we got home from work. We had the pleasure of having Collin as our tech. We showed him all our woes, hall toilet, (there was a tree root up in there)master bath sink & garbage disposal. He was very professional, friendly and fixed everything in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself and was super polite. We would recommend All Star Plumbing also known as All Star Home Services to anyone.You will not regret it at all.

We just had Tim and Joe come out and fix our air conditioning condenser and everything went well. We had 1 bump in the road but that was not there fault, the number on the unit was incorrect. The guys were very professional they worked with us on the price. They gave us the best deal and I must have called 10 places for price quotes. They did the job in a timely manner and my AC is blowing cold now. If you want to find the best deal let me save you some time because I called everywhere. You won't find a better deal, not even close. I will recommend them to anyone who needs there services. Thanks again to All Star, Tim and Joe.

*Update: My condenser fan would not shut off. I gave them a call, Rovel came out and had the problem remedied in minutes. He was friendly, on time and professional. Thanks again Rovel.

Just had an HVAC tech here for a quote and we noticed our line was leaking. He pulled it out, said it was broken, thought it looked okay and put it back in but it is definitely still leaking into the wall. Considering your company put the system back together after replacing our water heater for LEAKING water into our wall, the fact that he found putting it back in that condition was sufficient today is extremely frustrating.

Very thorough installation of my tankless water heater. It took a while, but they did it correctly and took the time to explain why he was doing everything and made sure to test everything to ensure that it all worked. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for plumbing work.
