Jason was the fastest response on yelp, it was a 60 second response rate, I'm not kidding. Branden was here in 60 minutes as promised when I called to make my appointment, they even courtesy called to let me know Branden was on his way! Branden diagnosed the issue in 1 minute, went and picked up a new water heater and had Ryan come help him. Those 2 guys had everything done so quickly I hardly noticed the water was off. Hot water is running through my house again and my wife stopped looking at me in a disappointed way. Thanks Allstar!

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only did they misdiagnose my problem and over charge for the work they did, it was far worse after they left with the same problem present and actually made worse with further water damage to my carpet and walls. I actually had two additional plumbers from other plumbing services come out, evaluate the situation and inform me of their expensive mistake. Thankfully, I had my problem repaired by a competent company.

Great, quick customer service! They came within an hour today to disconnect the water line from our fridge. There was an unexpected drip after the disconnect but they came back and fixed it free of charge! Thank you!

Collin G was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Took his time to explain in detail what was wrong with my water heater. He did not make me feel pressured into fixing what is not necessary or as ""precaution"". Exceptional customer service. I called at 5:30 PM to request a tech and he was at my front door by 6:30 PM on a Monday evening. Great service all around.

A+++++Service, super fast help me out. Got a water heater dead and Curtis showed up and recommend that replacement cost me $1750 and I got a new water heater. They finished job in 2 hours and helped me hooded up the washer. Nice service.

This review is LONG overdue. We ended up calling All-star to get our septic tank cleaned out and our plumber Chad went above and beyond helping with any questions and concerns that we had and keeping us updated on everything going on. We were beyond stressed because our leech field was failing so we ended up needing to connect to the city which was crazy expensive but honestly, if it wasn't for Chad's customer service, we would've gone elsewhere! So thank you Chad for being so informative, patient and for helping us get through that rough patch!
