Jose and his assistant were a terrific team---efficient in clearing a horrible stoppage in my kitchen's double-sink, effective communicators (via verbal explanation and visual demonstration on their smartphone they demonstrated what was going on in the various pipes), and very customer-agreeable (no mess when they went in the crawlspace). I thoroughly recommend them!!

We had a kitchen faucet replaced. From the first call, Allstar kept in contact with us, we asked for a specific time and they were right on time. Allstar is also very reasonable on cost. Jose did a fantastic job and took time to make sure everything was working properly. We have other work to be done and will not hesitate to call back and ask for Jose.

We had an issue with the water heater in the evening. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Larry came by quickly to help with the temporary fix until the new water heater arrived. We would call on them again if needed.

Josh and Amanda came out and fixed our problem in a very professional and friendly way.
We called early in the morning and were back in "" service"" in just a couple of hours.
They explained what was happening and the procedure to fix it.
We used this company a year or so ago to also replace our water heater.
