I am an Old Republic Home Warranty holder and Allright Mechanical was assigned to my claim. Alan came out quickly, diagnosed the problem with my clogged sink and fixed it. When calling the office to follow up on another aspect of the service, I was on hold for quite a while and the person I spoke to was not helpful until I pushed for a resolution. (Hence the 4 stars instead of 5)
The work was completed to my satisfaction and I would have Alan come back out for another plumbing issue.

One Star is even too much. The rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Take your chances if you like, but if you use ALLRIGHT.... it will be ALLWRONG.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Like many other reviews here, I started experiencing a problem with my air conditioning on 5/13/16. Contacted First American Home Warranty and they sent out Allright Mechanical. Couldn't find a problem with the system. Paid the service fee. Had them come back out on 5/31/16 for the same issue, couldn't find a problem. Had to call again on 6/1. They couldn't come out until 6/2 and gave me a 10-2 time window. They didn't show up until 4 pm. By that time, my AC had been blowing hot air for 3 hours and had shut off. Because it had a blown fuse they said it was a new problem and charged me another $65 service charge. They told me the compressor was bad but my warranty company wouldn't replace it until it completely conks out. 20 minutes after the tech left, my AC started blowing hot air again. Haven't had AC since Thursday morning and it is 100+ degrees. Called my home warranty again. Still haven't gotten a call back from Allright Mechanical and it is Saturday, 6/3/16. I wish I had seen these reviews before I agreed to have them come to my house.

They were supposed to call me on Wednesday and never did. When I finally contacted them they gave me an appointment for Friday between 10 AM - 2 PM. It is now 2:30 and not even a phone call from these guys. When you call their phone number, nobody answers. It is 90 degrees in my house, for the last 6 days :(

After reading all the negative reviews on Yelp regarding AllRight, I tried to change the service company for my AC repairs with my home protection company. They told me, they couldn't change the service company unless AllRight didn't respond within the required timeline (48-hours). The next morning the owner (Arthur Sanchez) contacted me and said he would have someone at my home between 1:00PM to 5:00PM. At 9:00AM, I received a call from Arthur telling me they could be at my home within the next 20 minutes. He and a service person arrived and within 20 minutes, they replaced the dual run capacitor and I was up and running. Good job and much thanks to Arthur and his staff!

So First American Home Protection Warranty had them as their preferred vendor for AC repair. I quickly got on Yelp to find out about any good/bad reviews before letting them on my property. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! When the lady called about my ""appointment"", I mentioned that I just read the YELP reviews and I wasn't going to allow them on my property. She got all angry and said, ""that's fine"" and hung up on me. I would AVOID them like EBOLA!

Sent by first american home warrenty wanted to charge us 4017 to fix ac said was bad. Went two weeks in the heat and the finally got warranty company to send another company out who fixed it in 30 mins for 125$ the had found that all right mechanical had switched the wires backwards so that my ac would not turn on making us think we needed a new condensing unit. Terrible service lies so terrible I would recommend do not use this company.

First American Home Protectionwarranty company had them come out to service our micro/oven since they both stopped working and had a error code on it. He came out and looked out it and could not do anything since he did not have the correct equipment to pull out the microwave and oven. So he said that the office will have to reschedule. This is the second time this company has come out and the same thing happened last time.

This company was apparently the default selection for my home warranty company. The technician came out and failed to do the primary repair requested, but instead just did a minor adjustment on the toilet flapper chain and took a $65 payment (the deductible). The repair was then reassigned to a real plumbing company (Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Services, Inc) which did the real repair. I have since received a denial of coverage letter related to the chain adjustment from the home warranty company which appears to be doing business as HomeSure Protection of California, Inc (not a company I had ever heard of or from but probably a subcontractor for HomeProtect) and I am incensed! These companies should be out of business! The real repair had to be done by another plumbing company and was neglected by Allright Mechanical!

Person on the phone was so rude that my wife insisted we not allow the company into our house. All reviews for the company are one star -- including this review. Alright mechanical was selected by my home warranty company.
