This people unprofessionals our home warranty assign us to them, poor service from old republic home warranty scams!
This people are there to protect them and after 2 visits because the mad assign didn't have the tools! Wow really?? And after all this comes out my warranty will not cover. Wow very disappointed of such low work quality to respond and get thing done!

Absolutely horrible experience - 2nd tech badmouthed 1st tech but 2nd one didn't even put the thermostat wires back correctly, duh hvac 101???? 1st visit Weds, by Friday I was given bad info, part not even ordered until the following week - and because they were already booked for the week my part did come in I had to wait until the next week for installation.....they even broke my screen door and didn't apologize.

This horrible place was assigned to us thru American Home Shield. I waited a full day and finally had to call them to even get an appointment made. The girl on the phone asked what the problem was and I said the A/C wasn't cooling. She started asking me all these questions about what was wrong with the unit and I finally said ""I don't know, that's why I called you!!!"". She wanted me to do the trouble shooting on the phone with her before ever sending a tech out!!! Really? Isn't that YOUR job? I'm not an HVAC specialist, I don't know why the unit isn't cooling. She got really pissy with me when I told her I had never had a company try to make me diagnose the problem over the phone for them. Then I had to tell her again that figuring out what was wrong was their job not mine. She put me on hold after both my brother and I told her we shouldn't have to and weren't going to do their job for them. Well, she put us on hold and apparently called AHS and had themselves taken off of our job (I'm guessing because I wasn't able to diagnose the problem for them so they would know what to do) because I got a second email from AHS assigning a different A/C company. GUESS WHAT? They called within 30 minutes to put me on the schedule for tomorrow without even asking me if I knew what was wrong with the unit!!! WOW a REAL A/C company thank goodness. I am sooooo happy I didn't have to deal with this sub standard company any longer than I did. If your home warranty company assigns them, you can usually call and have them removed and another assigned. Knowing what I know now and after reading the other reviews, most of which are at least as bad as mine if not worse, I would not have them touch anything in my house.

Horrible experience! Never again! Recommended through our home warranty company and not worth it! HVAC is still broken. Not worth saving the money going through your home warranty company. Spend the extra money and save the headache! 5 visits to our house and still not fixed.

This company sucks! Their technicians (3) separate times/different technician decided it would be a great idea to place their ladder against my rain gutter to access the roof to repair the air conditioner. Needless to say, it dented/crushed the extruding seamless aluminum rain gutters. When I called their office, the office gal informed me that the technician said that I told them, ""It's okay, I let my friends get up on the roof all the time"". In the 4 years and 3 months that I have lived here, myself nor anyone other than the roofing company that installed the roof and gutters and the recent air conditioner repairmen have been on my roof. Luckily, the company who installed the roof and rain gutters will be replacing the gutters under the ""Lifetime Warranty"" My recommendation is do NOT allow this company to come near your house. They are not accountable for their actions and have no problem with lying. I should mention that my home warranty company ""American Home Shield"" sent this company out to my house. They weren't concerned with the fact that their contract company did this.
EDIT: Update I placed another service request thru AHS and they said I would have to pay another service fee to have a new company come out. AHS called Allright Mechanical and they refused the service request, a new company was sent out ""Nick Tech""...they found two leaks, which they repaired, one was caused by Allright Mechanical driving a screw into the coolant line, the other was the likely original leak. The system was completely out of Freon, of which 2 pounds was what was added by Allright Mechanical on the 27th of July. Nick Tech also found a bad wire contact, which they also repaired. My recommendation is that you call Nick Tech (Fred A.) for you HVAC and electrical needs!! By the way, nobody has fixed or claimed responsibility for the rain gutters that were ruined.

Stay away from this company!!!
I had horrible service from them, just like everyone else. Unprofessional, not trustworthy and rude.. Unfortunately I was forced to use it by my home warranty and neglected to re-search the company before I hire them. If I had read the reviews they had I would have never ever, ever in a million years consider to contract them.
Stay away from them.

This company was assigned to my claim by Home Protect Home Warranty for our HVAC system. On July 2nd, our air conditioning started blowing out hot air. We placed the claim early Friday morning (July 3rd) and was given Allright Mechanical's number to call and schedule an appointment. I called and no one answered so I left a message. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone until the following Monday. The tech was scheduled to come out that Wednesday. At this time we let them know that we had a newborn baby and needed this fixed asap. They came out on Wednesday and told my wife that no air was coming out at all. Prior to them arriving, air was blowing out, just hot. The tech diagnosed the problem was that the control board was bad and needed to be replaced. We were told they needed to write the report and send it to our home warranty company. We called the following day and no report had been sent in. We called on Friday and still no report was sent in. The report was not sent in until Monday July 13. Once the report was sent in, they spent the next 3 days searching for a part. Ultimately, they were unable to find a part so the warranty company had to order one through their supplier. On Saturday, July 18, more than 2 weeks after our first call to Allright Mechanical, we were told the part was on back order and it would arrive Monday, July 27. We decided to call a guy who one of our friends recommended to come look at the problem. I was skeptical of wasting the $30 he was going to charge since we already knew what the problem was and both Allright Mechanical and our home warranty company could not find the part in stock anywhere. I let my wife make the call and within 2 hours he came to look at our system. In about 15 minutes he determined that our control board was not bad at all. The Allright Mechanical technician blew a fuse when he was testing the system and that is what caused the air to stop turning on. The reason for the hot air was because a capacitor was bad on the condenser. The guy we called was able to go get both the fuse and the capacitor within two hours and have them both fixed. We ended up having to pay $190 out of pocket. We decided at that point to let our warranty claim play out and see how long it would actually take to have them contact us. The part (that was not even the actual problem), was supposed to arrive on Monday, July 27. We didn't receive a call from Allright Mechanical until Friday, July 31 at 5:40 pm. They are scheduled to come install the control board today, one month and two days after our claim was placed. We have had 3 separate 100+ degree heat waves in that time. As soon as the tech arrives, we have no intention of having him install the control board. We will simply take the part to keep as a spare and have them move on to the next job. Our home warranty company is as much to blame as Allright Mechanical, but the fact that their tech blew a fuse and was not able to diagnose the problem correctly is completely unacceptable. I would highly recommend using any other option other than this company. If your home warranty assigns them to your claim, tell them you want another company!
EDIT: The technician just showed up with the new control board and we told him he didn't need to install it and to just give it to us. He wouldn't give it to us and left with it.

Thanks @firstam Home Warranty. This company is the worst ever. I can't even believe that First American Home Warranty would risk their reputation on a company like this. First of all, when following up on a Service Call, they said they would call me back to follow up, which they didn't. As for services, they collected a deductible and fixed nothing. I guess it's an easy way to make $65 off a customer. They will never get any business from me and in fact I will communicate my reviews to every one I know. Their 1 star rating is well deserved, but if there were a 1/2 star rating I would select that...

I wish that I could just copy/paste every review that I have read for this company. I have never had a more horrific experience with a service based company. They did not have a direct phone line, my calls were refused due to a full voicemail box, they never called me back to schedule (once I finally got through), they came out 2 times and did not fix the problem either time. They than refused to come out a third time until 4 days after the time they were needed to come out. The manager was unwilling to work with me and started to yell at me when I was not willing to accept an appointment that far out (There was a person in the home with medical issues that was suffering due to their lack of service and skill). I have never felt the need to write a review until this point. If I can keep even one person from using this company, it is worth the time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WORSE OFF THAN WHEN YOU STARTED.

Worst service ever. Supposed to help with an expedited service request dispatcher extremely rude and the best they can do is two days out. The main phone line for the company doesn't go through most of the time ""this mailbox is full goodbye"" on top of which there website has broken links and functionality. This was also after they failed to call me back when promised. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Save your time and frustration and pick anyone else!!!
