AHS assigned them as a contractor to us even though I had doubts because of their low ratings. I had to call them 2x and AHS had to call & email 2x to get a response. They came out, didn't ring the doorbell and left. Lied to our home warranty people and said they talked to the owner who wasn't home ( I was in my living room and cameras on doorbells don't lie) and left without seeing unit. The office staff was HORRENDOUS and refused to send anyone back. Home warranty companies should all drop them immediately unless they want customers to drop them.

Worst experience of my life. Home warranty (Fidelity) sends out a tech from this company to diagnosis our AC problem. It takes 5 days to submit their report because the company insisted that they had to confirm what the tech originally diagnosed. Why send a tech out in the first place if you don't believe him. I mean, I wouldn't trust him either. He spent a total of 5 minutes in the house and barely looked at anything. Every time we called, the first thing we would hear was ""hold, there are three callers ahead of you."" Always three. And then we would be placed on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Finally got tired of their BS so we insisted Fidelity send out someone from a different company (Hoigt?). This guy spent at least an hour going through the attic, looking at our vents and testing our AC for various problems. I highly recommend going to that company instead. If you have a choice, do not ever use Allright Mechanical.

This business is the worst business I have dealt with in my life.. if you want to be angry and hot for over a month.. go ahead and let this company handle your AC , issues .. the guy art is a total asshole. Doesn't know what he is talking about, a complete liar.. they didn't send ANY info over to home warranty ( mind you for the first month ) I had followed up almost daily.. they lied about submitting info.. I had to call home warranty myself and they reached out to get all the info.. they needed.. this company FAILED to mention that the blower motor had to be programmed.. when I asked art why? He said WHY WOULD I DO THAT, I said because you are the ones who came out to put the part info in???? He literally hung up on me..I had mentioned to him that it's 100 degrees in the home and I have kids.. he said.. ""everyone in Sacramento has kids"" just insanely disrespectful.. but to add icing on the cake he then tells me if I want them to come out today I have to pay them $1900.. which leads me to believe that they are attempting to scam people out of money by making them wait a long time and then telling them they'll be waiting almost 2 months to get this resolved but if you pay us now behind the back of home warranty.. we can come out today! I'm not even sure how I can trust this company to come in my house and do any work.. I have never dealt with anything as insane as this.. do yourself a favor and CALL your warranty company and ask to be placed with any other company besides them.. you will absolutely regret it and be on here with the rest of us complaining.. on top of that.. after telling me I have to pay him if I wanted him to come out he, he then called home warranty and told them his techs are too sick and they won't be able to do the job.. THIS IS A MONTH after already waiting for the part to be delivered. He did that on purpose... I reached out to the CEO of home warranty to report this company.. they are doing business with fraudsters and scammers.. Stephanie gets on the phone to you and lies about every update.. and Art is a horrible person. AJ was the only "" Decent "" one to deal with.. this company should honestly be shut down! Trust these reviews and steer clear

0 stars for this company, we wait 1 week and after the repair the air conditioning still didn't work, I called back to get a schedule , they said we had to wait another week, I just asked if they could help us earlier , and the person on the phone got angry and said I didn't listen or understand her, I replied that we understood and didn't force it to be done right away, just wanted to tell you the problem was too hot. But she still got angry and spoke loudly to me. not be nice

Our A/C was not cooling enough, called our home warranty, they assigned to Allright Mechanical. after waiting 5 days they came out. I had to go to the doctor so only my wife was present they were there less than 39 minutes determine the system was low on Freon added some and left. the cooling improved slightly. after about a week and a half the cooling dropped off to zero. I called the warranty co. for a recall. after 24 business hours I called Allright Mechanical, the dioatcher was rude and offered an appointment 5 days out. when I said that was not acceptable as it was a recall on a service call they had not completed correctly. she was rude and stated she was cancelling the recall. When I called the Warranty Company they said Alright had called saying I harassed the dispatcher and were not going to perform the recall. I called Alright and told them that I was going to give them a bad review, so others would not use them.

I would not recommend Alright to my worst enemy!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The technician who came to our house did not have adequate safety training and shorted our system. When following up with the Owner, Art, he became belligerent, unprofessional and belittling. Set setup our appointment through our home warranty and instead of working with us to solve the problem created by Allright, the owner chose to cancel their visit on a 100+ degree day. Beware of this company and I would recommend you go with a different company.

I put in a request 3 weeks ago with my home warranty company for an AC tune up. Never heard from them. I called, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude for absolutely no reason.
When she answered, I explained about the warrant request and that i was told it was dispatched to their company, ""All Right Mechanical."" Her tone of voice was very sharp when she said "" We ARE the company."" I said ""ok"" And again explained about the warranty request I placed weeks ago, and that i haven't heard from them. She let out a long sigh, then silence, then put me on hold. When she came back on the line, she told me there was no work order for our address. I said ok, I'll call my warranty company and have them cancel on their end. For some reason, she felt the need to repeat that they do not have a work order, but with a snotty tone. So rude.
Clearly, they do not care about customer service.

Read the reviews and then know that they are even worse when dealing with them in person. Our warranty company sent them, they said they check unit on the roof and they did not, they blamed our issue on a dirty unit because of the ""remodel"" we are doing. Really they saw a taped off wall because we got new cabinets and used that as their whole excuse. He showed photos of a ""dirty"" unit and it wasn't even our unit, it must have been an old saved photo. I truly can't believe they are still in business, I'm convinced no one working knows what they're actually doing. Should you have to work with them, anticipate no work getting done.
