In 1963, at the age of 17, Donald Allred entered the heating and air conditioning field. He dedicated himself to building a reputation of honesty. He was committed to meeting his customers' heating and cooling needs, regardless of the hour, ensuring they had heat or cooling. He established Donald Allred's Heating & Air in Tupelo, MS, on April 1, 1989. In April 1994, Donald Allred's Heating & Air transitioned to a corporation. Following his unexpected death in 2009, his wife, Ann, and son, Chris, now manage the company. They maintain the same values and dedication that Donald instilled.

They replaced our heater and AC today, arriving a few minutes before 8 am and finished over an hour before noon. Mr. Allred even checked to make sure the pilot light on our water heater was lit (it went out while connecting the gas line to our new heater). I recommend this company to anyone who needs their HVAC system installed, replaced or repaired. This was a job very well done.
