The five-star ratings and rave reviews looked good, so I called Allore's in early November to request a quote on plumbing service/repair. The young lady said someone would get back to me. The website highlighted """"3 hour response time"""". It's now December and I have still not received a response. Either the young lady lost my request for quote or Allore's too busy to respond. When I didn't receive a response from Allore's I found another plumber who gave me a quote and performed the work. I'm going to give them a five-star review.

I needed a new shower control installed to replace an old one. Tom Allore replaced it for me. Very friendly and prompt. I highly recommend using his plumbing service. I vas very pleased with the service provided.

I called on Monday to ask about some maintenance work, nothing urgent. Tom called me the same day to make arrangements to come by the following day. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival as I requested. Tom and his assistant, Ed, came prepared, stayed on task and fixed everything well beyond my expectations and for what I considered a reasonable price. They were both professional and personable and left no mess behind. Allore's Plumbing is who I will call from now on for any plumbing issues for myself or my family/friends.

How nice and quick these guys are. I called to get a quote, the gal said the tech needed to talk to me. Tom called me back immediately!! Wow was I impressed! He asked me a fee questions and directed me to the city people. How awesome was that? He could have taken advantage of this California native and charged me s service call. If my mother in-law ever needs plumbing service, they will be the ones we call! Thank you for your help and honesty!

I highly recommend Allore's services. Quick response to a Sunday early evening call for help on a busted water heater and by 8pm we had a new water heater installed. And the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Allore!

John came to my house to replace an expansion tank this summer and the cost was 1/2 of what two other plumbers quoted me AND they told me I needed a new pump and motor as well, like immediately. (It was screaming!) When John came out with the new tank he didn't try to sell me a new pump and motor that day, but he was honest and told me it wouldn't last much longer. He made some adjustments and I got a few more months use. From first contact to job completion and everything in between the Allore brothers are honest, reputable, dependable and charge fairly!!

We were referred to Tom at Allore by a neighbor after our toddler sent a toy """"swimming"""" down the toilet! I actually hesitated calling as after reading 30+, 5 star reviews (on another site) I thought...no one is that wonderful...Boy am I glad I called. Because they are really that good! Tom came out within a couple hours & was able to fish out the toy. While he was there he noticed the toilet was """"double flushing"""" and put in a little device to remedy it. He spent time doing several test runs (e.g. wadding up tp & flushing). He also fixed the kitchen (new) faucet we had installed after different person had indicated we needed a whole new fixture to remedy the issues we were having (slipping & sliding, handle dropping off). He fixed it within 10 minutes. Bottom Line: Allore's prices a very reasonable and Tom is an expert & all around good guy. Highly recommended!
