Tom did a fantastic job all around -- he squeezed me into a full schedule and stopped by on time when he said he would, and he quickly fixed the toilet issue we were having, all at a fair price. Had a water heater issue on Thursday afternoon and started looking for quotes on yelp. Tom was one of the quickest businesses to respond and setup a consultation appointment for a call Friday morning, which he kept. We spoke briefly, he asked for some specific pics of the unit and called me back with an easy quote and options for a complete replacement of the old heater. Within 2 hours, Edgar was on site to assess the situation and called in the order for parts. By late afternoon I had a new water heater installed, hot water at the tap and an inspection for the permit scheduled. The personnel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were clean, organized and took care of my issue with little to no hassle on my side. They wore masks and respected social distancing. Exceeded my expectations - the communication and service was exceptional! Thank you so much!

Oh my what a wonderful plumber. So very personable and so efficient. Could have easily ripped me off for a new water heater but chose to repair my current one. Honest and dependable. Highly recommend him!

We live in Hobe Sound, and I called Allore's based on Yelp reviews, and boy was I glad I did!! I had a leaking main line to the house issue, and within 15 minutes of my call, the owner called me back, assessed my situation, told me he'd have guy at my house that afternoon, and by 4:00 that same day, Edwardo and Jay had not only fixed the badly leaking main valve, but left it much better off than it was! They went waaaay out of their way to make me feel like I was their most important customer, Thank you Allores! Highly recommend! Will do business again!

I called them thinking I needed a new hot water heater on a Friday night. Said it was not an emergency so it could wait until Monday but they called Friday night and showed up right on time Saturday! Prompt, courteous, and honest. Turns out it was an electrical problem and not a hot water heater problem. He could have easily been unfair and charged me for a replacement that I did not need. I would use them again 100%

Terrible, I would never hire these guys in 1 million years. Came out and quoted me an out rages price on a water heater. Did my research. My parents used to own a construction company and I'm renovating my house by myself right now, so I know a thing or two about this stuff. Found out there was better people out there. The guy didn't even seem willing to consider what I wanted to do which was buy direct from the manufacturer and have him just install. Quoted me a ridiculous price for install, just kept trying to sell me his package. No thanks
