We were referred to Tom at Allore by a neighbor after our toddler sent a toy """"swimming"""" down the toilet! I actually hesitated calling as after reading 30+, 5 star reviews (on another site) I thought...no one is that wonderful...Boy am I glad I called. Because they are really that good! Tom came out within a couple hours & was able to fish out the toy. While he was there he noticed the toilet was """"double flushing"""" and put in a little device to remedy it. He spent time doing several test runs (e.g. wadding up tp & flushing). He also fixed the kitchen (new) faucet we had installed after different person had indicated we needed a whole new fixture to remedy the issues we were having (slipping & sliding, handle dropping off). He fixed it within 10 minutes. Bottom Line: Allore's prices a very reasonable and Tom is an expert & all around good guy. Highly recommended!

Terrible, I would never hire these guys in 1 million years. Came out and quoted me an out rages price on a water heater. Did my research. My parents used to own a construction company and I'm renovating my house by myself right now, so I know a thing or two about this stuff. Found out there was better people out there. The guy didn't even seem willing to consider what I wanted to do which was buy direct from the manufacturer and have him just install. Quoted me a ridiculous price for install, just kept trying to sell me his package. No thanks

Tom was great. Came to my place to check out two problems within 30 minutes of me calling Allore's Plumbing. He quickly fixed my water hammer issue and a leaking pipe. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly to me. If I need a plumber in the future, I'm definitely calling Allore's!

Oh my what a wonderful plumber. So very personable and so efficient. Could have easily ripped me off for a new water heater but chose to repair my current one. Honest and dependable. Highly recommend him!

Had a water heater issue on Thursday afternoon and started looking for quotes on yelp. Tom was one of the quickest businesses to respond and setup a consultation appointment for a call Friday morning, which he kept. We spoke briefly, he asked for some specific pics of the unit and called me back with an easy quote and options for a complete replacement of the old heater. Within 2 hours, Edgar was on site to assess the situation and called in the order for parts. By late afternoon I had a new water heater installed, hot water at the tap and an inspection for the permit scheduled. The personnel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were clean, organized and took care of my issue with little to no hassle on my side. They wore masks and respected social distancing. Exceeded my expectations - the communication and service was exceptional! Thank you so much!

I called on Monday to ask about some maintenance work, nothing urgent. Tom called me the same day to make arrangements to come by the following day. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival as I requested. Tom and his assistant, Ed, came prepared, stayed on task and fixed everything well beyond my expectations and for what I considered a reasonable price. How nice and quick these guys are. I called to get a quote, the gal said the tech needed to talk to me. Tom called me back immediately!! Wow was I impressed! He asked me a fee questions and directed me to the city people. How awesome was that? He could have taken advantage of this California native and charged me s service call.
