Let's start out with the good. They should up when they said they would. They did what they said they were going to. That's where it ends.. I have a commercial property in Hanover. So they sent me a bill. During this time . I became very ill and was in the hospital for a week. My office person. Got a second bill from Allison's and thinking it was a different bill for another job they paid that also. Because it was two different amounts. When I realize this that I got billed twice for the same job for two different amounts, I called Allison and brought to their attention. They 100% agreed that they double billed me and would be refunded me only the smaller amount. This made a difference of about $400 more than the lower bill.. did I get my check for the lower amount back? Yes I did.. but why was I charge $400 more. Or not refunded the higher amount

I have used Allison's for past couple years, Straight up when it comes to estimates. Fair pricing & Techs are always courteous & polite. They clean up the area that they were working in. Allisons is the only plumber I will use for any HVAC or Plumbing issues. Highly Recommend

where do I start with this review. This place was a con from the start. The lady on the phone told me my service was $100 per hour. I agreed to that and scheduled service to be done. They sent 2 guys out to the job. One stood and watched the other one work. It was almost painful to watch the lack of work being done. They had to come back a few weeks later to finish the job!!! Did I mention how slow they worked. They spent a total of 5 hours between the 2 visits to get the job done. I finally got a invoice from them a few weeks later. WOW over double what I was quoted!!!
I called in to ask what was going on and talked to the owner. He told me they were there 16 hours and he cut me a break at 10 hours!!! I told him his employs lied about there time and he said they don't do that. The bill is what it is he said! Then he told me I was charged $100 per hour per guy they sent. So I paid them for a guy to stand there for 5 hours abud watch. No one told me that up front. If they sent 3 guys I would of paid for him to watch also. It is sad that this company has to act like this to pad the pockets. I hope you read this a run the other way!
