I had a good experience, although I had to wait a few days to get on the schedule. Doug showed up on time and fixed 2 of my issues quickly (toilet and drain stopper). The third problem took a little time (faucet), but he was able to fix that. There was leak in one of the areas he was working on after he left. He came back the next day and fixed it. He showed me that it was not the from the repair he made and apologized for not catching it the first time. Everything is working fine.

I called Allison Plumbing to replace some valves under the kitchen sink and to fix a leaky shower. They were able to give me an estimate and made an appointment for the following day. Doug showed up on time and fixed both issues despite running into some obstacles such as stubborn, corroded screws. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he had fixed and he double and triple checked his work before wrapping up. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues.

We found water seeping from the base of our kitchen island last night, and had to close the water shut off valve to prevent further flooding. Not having any water, we couldn't use the bathroom, kitchen or washing machine, making us realize how we are water dependant all day long! We called Allison Plumbing this morning, and fortunately, Rebecca was able to dispatch Ken and Devin by this afternoon. Ken diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate without having seen the leak since it was underneath the bottom panel. Once part of the panel was sawed off for access, his diagnosis proved accurate. After carefully removing drain pipes and electrical wiring, Devin actually folded his slim body under the sink into a tight space not much more than 7-8 cubic feet and spent a good couple of hours sawing off, sanding, sweating & soldering copper tubing that had developed a couple of pinholes over the years. I think the actual job turned out to be quite a bit harder than anticipated. However, Ken, the owner, honored the initial estimate price. While we had them, we also asked them to do a few extra plumbing chores that Ken and Devin accommodated us with gladly at a very reasonable charge. Thank you for rescuing us today! We feel fortunate to know that you have our backs!

Doug arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue quickly. And he is a heck of a nice guy!!

Where do I start? It's all good stuff I swear.

So here's the deal, I do room rentals in a five-bedroom house. That means A LOT of people turnover and bathroom use. I am a single, female who knows little about the ins and outs of plumbing products and services. I also HATE to be taken advantage of. I reached out to Allison Plumbing because I see them all over my neighborhood and have never stopped working with them since. My go-to guy Doug feels like I'm calling a favorite uncle over to help me with a plumbing emergency. He's SO friendly and somehow dispels my anxiety with his experienced assessment and quick work. Between how fast the home office and their service guys respond and repair, I can't imagine why I would go anywhere else. Honest work for honest price. Thanks so much folks!

Allison Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my main sewer line at a very competitive price. They showed up on time and for two days working quickly and carefully digging out the broken root infested original clay pipe. Johnny showed extreme caution with the backhoe as he maneuvered around our spa digging the trench that exposed the old pipe. Devin did most of the hand digging around mature tree roots and sidewalks. Kenny supervised the job and even got on the end of a shovel himself. They replaced the old line with beautiful 4"" ABS black plastic sewer line which will now never have to be snaked again! We passed city inspection with flying colors. The trenching, new pipe and worksite were immaculate. After refilling trenches and putting back the landscaping it looks like it never happened! So glad I never have to rent or pay someone to snake our root clogged line again!

I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to Allison Plumbing, My mom was told by another plumbing company that she would have to pay $3500 to fix her issue. They dug up a huge hole in her backyard and then told her that the $3500 wasn't going to fix the issue so now she would have to pay anywhere between nine to $12,000 to complete the work. My mom Originally requested for them to do a Hydro jet or something similar in which they quoted her $275 but after using a camera said they would be unable to do the Hydro jet and now she would have to pay 375 if she didn't do the rest of the work which would be $3500. So instead of losing all of the $375 she figured if they can do the work for 3500 she would get it done. When she found out that the $3500 wasn't going to fix the issue and she was confused on what it covered or if it was even a temporary fix she called me and that's when I called Allison plumbing after being referred by someone else. They were able to go outt and fixed her issue temporarily for $175 which will buy her at least a couple of years and either maintain her pipes that way or permanently fix it but it'll give her time to find the right solution. The other company then threatened to put a lien on her home if she didn't pay the amount which at this point now we will try to argue but for now I'm glad that we were able to get a company out that was able to take care of my mom and not put her in a position where she had to pay for something she couldn't afford. I had a kitchen sink back-up that the home Warranty was supposed to take care of, but put me off for almost a week getting authorizations and having me wait on hold for over an hour. I became fed up and called Allison Plumbing. Suzie took my info and had a plumber out to me in one hour. Drain was roto rootered and we were back up and running. Quick professional service!

This review is a little tardy but, I wanted to write a review about the great service I had on Dec. 6th. My water heater decided to stop heating water so I called Allison Plumbing. I had seen this company recommended on FB so I decided to use them when this issue came up. Doug was at my home on time and although changing a water heater is a huge pain, he was professional and friendly during the whole procedure. Since he had to go get the water heater I asked him to fix two of my toilets that were making noise. I don't know what the part is called but, he completed that task in no time. So I bought myself a new water heater for Christmas, Yeah! Anyway, after the first of the year I have a couple plumbing projects to tackle and I will be contacting Allison Plumbing and Doug.

Allison Plumbing has excellent customer service. They are extremely prompt in their responses and feedback which is important for me. There are so many other things to attend to rather than having to deal with a plumbing issue, so I appreciate Ken (owner) and his staff for reaching out to assist with my inquiry.
