I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to Allison Plumbing, My mom was told by another plumbing company that she would have to pay $3500 to fix her issue. They dug up a huge hole in her backyard and then told her that the $3500 wasn't going to fix the issue so now she would have to pay anywhere between nine to $12,000 to complete the work. My mom Originally requested for them to do a Hydro jet or something similar in which they quoted her $275 but after using a camera said they would be unable to do the Hydro jet and now she would have to pay 375 if she didn't do the rest of the work which would be $3500. So instead of losing all of the $375 she figured if they can do the work for 3500 she would get it done. When she found out that the $3500 wasn't going to fix the issue and she was confused on what it covered or if it was even a temporary fix she called me and that's when I called Allison plumbing after being referred by someone else. They were able to go outt and fixed her issue temporarily for $175 which will buy her at least a couple of years and either maintain her pipes that way or permanently fix it but it'll give her time to find the right solution. The other company then threatened to put a lien on her home if she didn't pay the amount which at this point now we will try to argue but for now I'm glad that we were able to get a company out that was able to take care of my mom and not put her in a position where she had to pay for something she couldn't afford. I had a kitchen sink back-up that the home Warranty was supposed to take care of, but put me off for almost a week getting authorizations and having me wait on hold for over an hour. I became fed up and called Allison Plumbing. Suzie took my info and had a plumber out to me in one hour. Drain was roto rootered and we were back up and running. Quick professional service!

This review is a little tardy but, I wanted to write a review about the great service I had on Dec. 6th. My water heater decided to stop heating water so I called Allison Plumbing. I had seen this company recommended on FB so I decided to use them when this issue came up. Doug was at my home on time and although changing a water heater is a huge pain, he was professional and friendly during the whole procedure. Since he had to go get the water heater I asked him to fix two of my toilets that were making noise. I don't know what the part is called but, he completed that task in no time. So I bought myself a new water heater for Christmas, Yeah! Anyway, after the first of the year I have a couple plumbing projects to tackle and I will be contacting Allison Plumbing and Doug.

Allison Plumbing has excellent customer service. They are extremely prompt in their responses and feedback which is important for me. There are so many other things to attend to rather than having to deal with a plumbing issue, so I appreciate Ken (owner) and his staff for reaching out to assist with my inquiry.

Allison plumbing to the rescue again!! They did a whole house repiping for my rental house 3 summers ago and did an absolutely fabulous job.
Well, this morning at my rental I was having a sewer line blockage problem and the home warranty was only (sorta kinda) fixing problem. Emphasis on the sorta fixing.... so I reached out to Ken and he was at my property within an hour and gave me a true diagnostic and a planned final solution to the problem. He and his crew were back within two hours and cleared the line all the way to the street with a follow up in two days to install a clean out and run the biggest blade possible to clear out any and all issues with the line...and with a warranty should any problems occur again.
Allison Plumbing to the rescue again. These guys really are ""The One Call To End It All"" problem solver.

Doug, and everyone else at Allison Plumbing, has come to my rescue on more than one occasion, whether it's a leaking tub faucet, new water heater installation or general plumbing maintenance, they are able to help me out. Doug shows up on time,is knowledgable, professional and very easy to work with.

Ken from Allison Plumbing managed to find a ""needle in a haystack"" leak that was behind the kitchen wall and had damaged the cabinets, the outside stucco and into the dining room walls. He figured out exactly where to drill to find the pipe and fixed it within an hour. He is the best! Also, reasonably priced and friendly. I recommend this company highly!!

We had two problems, out on-demand water heater would continuously shut off during showers, and it took 5-7 minutes for hot water to reach our bathrooms. Kenny's team member put in a new water heater and a pump that keeps hot water on the other side of our home. No more water wasting! Thanks for solving our 7-month? problem!!!
