Allison Plumbing replaced my aged natural gas water heater with a similar make/model. As soon as they completed the job our household started smelling nauseating fumes. Over the course of approx one week, Allison Plumbing's reporting technicians and two of their older higher-ups said the smell was ""normal"" for a new unit. The gas company came out three separate times and red-flagged it for 'not venting properly'. However, Allison Plumbing and its agents continued to proport the smell was normal and repeatedly turned the water heater back on without making any related repairs. They refused on multiple occasions to help. They eventually re-installed my old water heater upon my request. I went with another licensed contractor who actually volunteered to take the time to find the source of the problem: low and behold the exhaust vent piping located slightly beyond the indoor drywall was partially disconnected (construction defect). I hope they haven't told anyone else who experienced a similar situation that toxic odors like that are NORMAL. Get some training!

I had Allison Plumbing complete a shower cartridge and faucet fix along with a new whole house pressure regulator and a water heater expansion tank. Darrell quoted me a fair price over the phone and set a date for the work. He showed up on time and after evaluating the work in person, decided to do a little extra work to make it better for me. He and Matthew completed the job efficiently and everything looked great. I am very happy with the work and can tell you that you won't be unhappy if you hire this company for your plumbing needs. This is one of the most honest companies I have ever worked with.

Darrell, Jonny and the entire Allison Team did an amazing job including complete Copper Repipe, Hot Water Heater, Bath fixtures and all wall/stucco repair. I obtained quotes from 3 Top Yelp Plumbing/Repipe trades. Darrell was the ONLY estimator to walk the entire property, look in the attic, measure and provide solution for a difficult area. A huge shout-out to Allison Plumbing for their expedient service and friendly customer service and to Johnny the Technician who was friendly and professional. Johnny explained the problem and within 20 minutes the job was done. I had shut the gas line to the water heater a day before and when reigniting the water heater it would not turn on. I was leaving town Saturday so I was stressing and I had called 5 other plumbers who were not available but Allison saved the day and sent out a technician within the hour of calling. I want to say ""Thank you, Thank you, Thank you"" for saving me. You guys were awesome!!

We couldn't be more happy with Darrell and the entire Allison Plumbing crew. Darrell quoted us the best price, service, (plaster patching*) and equipment (USA made hot water heater) of the three companies from which we received quotes. They re-piped our 2100sq ft. house in two days. These people are hardworking, efficient, on time, PROs!

*I have to mention the wall patching. Our house is 75 years old. So, our plaster walls are a bit scarred in areas. I couldn't believe that they actually matched the original walls. THAT takes some talent.

We will definitely call Allison Plumbing again, if/when we need work done. We HIGHLY recommend this company.
