Had a large, obtrusive puddle forming in my driveway every time it rained, which would stay there for several days during the winter, and which was also blocking the pathway to my back door. Paul at Allied worked with me over the course of four months figuring out the best way to deal with the problem. The solution was a channel drain that would lead to my existing gutter drainage system.
Because of the topography of my existing driveway, I assumed that there would still be a fair amount of puddling even after the drain was installed and that I would just have to live with it. In the days just after the install however, it rained quite a bit, and the drain worked pretty much perfectly. The puddling has been reduced by about 95%, and the water that does collect is shallow enough to handle easily. After the rain stops, the remains evaporate after a few hours. The small lake that I used to have to walk around is gone.
The guys who did the install were professional and very courteous and Paul was very knowledgeable and patient in response to my many, many questions and emails leading up to the install.
Would definitely recommend Allied for any project, large or small.

We used Angi back on July 22 to get estimates on foundation repair and uneven floors. We were contacted by Allied Waterproofing two days later - an estimate appointment scheduled for August 9 with a two-hour arrival window. Estimator showed up 1 hour 45 minutes into the window with the notes I provided regarding foundation repair. As my husband began explaining what we needed done, the estimator told him they don't do that type of work anymore. Perhaps this could have been determined based on our initial request?

Five stars is hard to earn but they deserve it! We had four different companies come out to give us estimates. Allied was the most professional and gave the most honest and fair quote. We have been renovating our entire house so we have hired a lot of contractors. The employees of Allied were the most respectful of our property, something I am very particular about. They worked hard, were polite and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them.

Scam. Estimator claimed crawl space was ""full"" of water. Spent two minutes underneath house. What this estimator didn't realize is that we had gone underneath the house right after he left as well as another contractor. His statement was an attempt to sell us an expensive repair that was not even necessary. Do not recommend this company.

Allied installed a french drain system in my backyard in August, 2017. I have lived at the property for 9 years, with every year having a pond in my backyard. Paul Korenovsky understood my desire to have a dryer environment, with also including my desire to retain the landscape. He provided a reasonable price with a detailed design. His installers were courteous and verified the placement of drains with me.

With nearly 8"" of rain in the last six weeks, my backyard is drier, with no standing water. It will always be near a protected wetland area, but what a difference. Many thanks, and I would recommend Allied. My only disappointment was that Paul didn't come to the job site during construction.

If any business deserves a five-star rating and a rave review, it's Paul Korenovsky and the wonderful workers of Allied. He provided us with a detailed estimate of the work and costs involved and was willing to offer us a couple of alternative approaches to addressing our drainage issues that were within our rather limited budget. His workers were polite and very hard-working and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!!!
