Paul came out to give us a bid for a french drain and sump pump for our basement and garage. We ended up going with a different company due to the price being just a little lower, and the start date was sooner. However, I just wanted to share that I had a great experience with this company. Very professional and honest with good prices. The scheduling was handled great via phone and email (compared to another company that didn't even show up or call), and Paul showed up on time. Early even, which was great for me. He had great ideas and solutions for all of our drainage issues, including things we'll need to do in the future. He was honest about what we should do, and what would be a waste of money. And the price for the job was fair and competitive.

Project started and finished on time. The crew was extremely conscientious around the house. They protected my floors and furniture and left the place looking better than when they started. We were so pleased with the work from Allied Waterproofing. We had a leak in our waterline between the meter and our house. Allied gave us a great bid, they came on time, and completed the job on time and on budget. Their workman were professional and helpful. The work was pretty extensive, and they always arrived at the exact time they said they would. If they were going to be 15 minutes late, you received a call from the company. I would use Allied again and would highly recommend their services.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We have dealt with a wet side yard for a number of years always thinking we'll get it corrected some day, even after having water come through the garage a couple of times and buying a sump for the low spots to use during very rainy times (which sometimes meant middle of the night pumpings). I know, stupid huh? Always thought it would take a major drainage procedure to move dirt around to have the water drain elsewhere etc.

Finally had to bite the bullet. Checked on yelp and found these guys. They gave a quick estimate and had available time within a couple weeks. Instead of major dirt moving, they showed us where they could just go down from the lowest spot and pipe to the catch basin in the street. Paul had guys out when he said, two guys put in a couple of hard days digging by hand (as all house electricity, cable and gas were in the same area), through hard pan, down a couple feet, put in everything they needed along with some cement work and completed in two days. I could not believe when my wife called me at work to tell me it was done so fast. And it works fantastically. Our first hard rain, we had to check it out and sure enough, worked like a champ.

Paul was a great guy to work with, and always kept us in the know of how things were going. Please give these guys your business, you won't be sorry.

I have just finished my project and was very happy with how everything played out.

It took a while to get Paul to come out (I called during mansoon season, so everyone had a leaky basement), but once he showed up his estimate was lower than 2 other contractors.

I had to reschedule my project 2 times, because of some family issues and every time Paul was veru flexible and patient.

Project completed ahead of schedule, which is unheard of (I have been dealing with contractors for a while now, so I know from expirience)

Overall I am very happy with the result, hiring Allied was a right choice for me.

I have never been so happy to part with my money. No, seriously.

We've had some basement water intrusion issues. When I first had Paul out, he was very conservative and gave me some (free) practical solutions for things I might try before a more costly solution. Other folks who came out to bid gave me wildly different suggestions that now, in hindsight, if I went with I would not have solved the problem. Instead, Paul suggested I try those things and then wait to make sure the problem was what we thought it was. I'm so glad I followed his guidance. That period allowed us to really understand what was happening. When it became clear I needed more help, he came out not once but twice more when I needed extra assurance and a second look at his bids. He bid significantly lower than the other contractors who came out. Beyond that, he was kind and professional and I knew he was the right guy for the job.

When it came to the actual work, Paul and his crew were on time, professional, and finished the job in less time than quoted. The finish work was immaculate and the crew cleaned up after themselves -- not just when the job was done but also each night. In the end, we have a foundation footing drain and a that room is now perfectly dry.

Every time we hear the sump pump working (which we only hear if we're outside and standing next to it), my husband look at each other and say... we love that sound! So much better than a flooded basement.

I recently has another (unrelated) ground water issue and emailed Paul at midnight on a Sunday night. His response was to my inbox at 7 AM the next day and he's prioritized coming out to take a look at this separate problem. I am so grateful for Paul and his team and couldn't recommend them higher to anyone needing work done!

I had an estimate done by Bodine to install drainage in my crawlspace and the price was out of this world for a 900 square foot house. Paul came out and bid the project at half the cost and provided the time when they could complete the project. They were on time and did an excellent job at finishing the crawl space and making the yard look like they we're never there (for drainpipe to curb).

I'd definitely recommend, timely, fair bid, and clean work.

I would highly recommend Allied. Paul is a no-nonsense guy who is passionate about helping you fix your water problems. Our story is a pretty typical one in Seattle...heavy rains, leaky basement. We had an interior french drain/pump installed and haven't had any problems since...even after that 2 inch of rain storm the other night!

Paul came out and took a look at my problem (basement flooding with the heavy rains) the day after I called the office. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. At the end of our meeting he suggested that a relatively cheap do-it-yourself fix would probably solve the problem and he would be on standby in case he was wrong. He didn't even charge me for his time. I will absolutely turn back to Allied if I need any help and couldn't be happier with this company.
