After reading all the reviews, I decided that Allied would be a good choice to deal with my backed up main drain. Steve answered my request for a quote within minutes and we set up the appointment for the next day. He was prompt (arrived 2 minutes early, actually) and had the drain clear within 30 minutes. He had great advice for how to avoid issues moving forward. I have already set a reminder on my phone to call him again a year from now to have it cleared again! My whole experience was amazing! I sent a few plumbing companies a request for a quote on here, and Steve was the first to respond. His quote was absolutely reasonably priced. Not only that, but they could do the job the next day!! I was super impressed with how fast they could get here. Steve was amazing!! Took time to explain what could be causing the plumbing issue. And after snaking the drain, we found out baby wipes are what were causing my back-up issue. Steve is now my go-to plumber! Thank you Steve!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! HORRIBLE! Would not reccomend this company to anyone! I contacted them on April 17, 2018 and scheduled an appointment for April 19, 2018 at 9:00am. No one came. I tried calling them back and received no answer. I left several messages and still no response. Meanwhile water standing in my basement. What a waste of time. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!

These guys did a great job. They were responsive, and Steve definitely knows what he is talking about. I needed roots cleared out of our sewer line in prepping for sale. Job was done quickly, done well (the buyers even scoped it afterward), and the amount quoted was the amount paid. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
