I'm a property manager out in Nassau County, that had an emergency water heater that popped during the night, which flooded the boiler room in one of my Co-ops. Allied came immediately after they were called. The crew that arrived was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently!
The office was a delight to deal with contacting me throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. I will definitely be using them for all my properties going forward.

DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE! Horrible company, horrible staff. The positive reviews are from staff themselves as you can see the other homeowners posting their actual experience. Here's what you will experience: You will call them for a service; they will show up (after rescheduling a few times); and charge you for the visit and then they will create issues that don't exist DEMAND that you pay them or they will report your home to some agency. Honestly, NOT WORTH IT. Trust the homeowners that are posting here.

Do not use this service company for any plumbing needs. They made my sewage back up in the basement worse, and after speaking to their boss on the phone , packed up and left. With sewage backing up an inch or more of human waste in my basement. I tried calling the office and the lady on the phone hung up on me. They told me to call the city because it wasn't their problem. When the city came an hour later they said it was not the cities problem that it was fine. Sure enough another plumber came that night and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I couldn't have been more dissatisfied at the unprofessional service and the way they conduct their extremely mediocre business. Do not use this plumber.

I have been a customer of Allied for a few years. They are a very reliable, friendly, helpful professional company, both the office staff and the plumbers who come to the house. Very good plumbing company.

. You ARE A LIAR. THE 1ST TRIP HERE TO LOOK AT THE SINK YOU CHARGED ME 200.00 PLUS. NO PRICE FIR WEEKS. LIARS YOU WILL BE REPORTED. Horrible. A job that should of taken 3 days took close to 4 weeks. Ordering wrong size sink, overcharging, payment for an assessment of 200.00 ? Oh it snowed out? So that entitles you to let the customer wait 1 and a half more weeks?? Get ready, my lawyer is already on you.
Charging me enormous amounts of money. Nice, professional plumbers but company is shady AF. Won't call and let you know anything. After charging and taking HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.im so so sorry I went with this company. In the end this costed upwards of 1.000.00 to replace a damn sink. Crooks liars and thieves. Do NOT GO WITH THIS CONPANY. A charge of 200.00 per hour of labor??? . Sink costed no more than 200 . How many hours of labor does it take to REPLACE A SINK? DAYS ON DAYS OF THIS BULLSHIT. I had to take off work 4 times for this and lose money. Again Do not even THINK OF GOING HERE PEOPLE!!!

Takes pure advantage of people.

These are criminals and should go to jail. The seller of the building we bought hired them to reline the chimney and connect to the exhaust from the boiler and water heaters. They ran into a blockage in the chimney ( we discovered this later) and left the liner venting carbon monoxide into the house. Take heed, these guys are not to be trusted.

They are crooks .stay from this place. they came to my salon, assest my pipes then went ahead and started cleaning them without giving me an estimate of the cost of the job. turns out the bill came out to be over 400 dollars. These people are just disgusting and I would highly recommend to go else where.

The plumber came looked at the project, left to ""buy"" the parts then told me Id be billed one hour for his shopping time. I called the company to ask about the fee for ""shopping time"" Ron responded by saying ""its your house, not mine"". So unprofessional and nasty. In the end I asked the plumber to leave my house. Allied will attempt to overbill, go elsewhere.

I had the dubious dishonor of having a leak from below the curbside grass. If the problem is from that juncture out into the street, the town is responsible for the repair. If the problem is from that juncture towards the house, it's the homeowner's responsibility. Unfortunately, this one was my responsibility. After getting several estimates, all agreeing on what needed to be done, Allied came in at the best price and were at my home bright and early the following forming after the estimate. Job required digging a six foot hole, finding the leak, and then repairing it. All said, there was no mess when they were done, they gave me the piece of the pipe that was the culprit for the leak.
Very speedy service, everyone I dealt with at Allied was efficient and friendly. Bottom line, it sucked having to repair the leak, but Allied did a great job.
