We hired Allied Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to install a new A/C system. They arrived on time, were friendly, respectful, and courteous, completed the installation in approximately four hours, and answered any questions that we had. We were very impressed with the skills of the technicians involved, and were very happy with the overall cost of the installation. We highly recommend Allied for any installation, maintenance, or repair work that you may need, and will be using Allied for any future needs that we may have.

The toilet was running so we knew it was an easy fix but we were not in town to take care of it. I asked the repairman to call before he did any repairs so I could decide if I wanted to have him fix it. My older mother-in-law was at the house to meet him. He called as he was headed to the house and that was the last I have heard from Allied. He fixed the toilet in 5 min and charged $179 and after several calls they still wont call me back to say what they did and why it cost so much. I could have at least been given the courtesy of knowing ahead of time the price of a service call. I guess they at least fixed it but $179 is out of line for turning a screw! They took advantage of the situation and know it because we weren't there.

Moved into our house August 2021. Our air conditioner went out shortly after we moved in. I asked the previous owners who they used and they said Allied had just been out a week before we moved in ) have the receipt for $140 service charge). Long story short they came two more times and had no problem charging each time even though air was not fixed. The first time we turned on the air for the summer in May 2022 , it worked for a few hours then quit. Apparently, the heat pump/ compressor died. Allied said it was no longer under warranty and our options were a $3000 compressor ( 1 year warranty) or the more prudent option was to get a new air conditioner for $7000. I got a second opinion and found out the heat pump/ compressor was still under warranty. It was replaced by comfort air for $1740 instead of $7000. Allied will not ever be coming back to my house for heating, air conditioning or plumbing service again,

I called allied to try and see WHEN someone could even come by and look at our unit. we had been dealing with our property owner for a handful of days and since we could not get someone to come, or even responses to our inquiries we had informed (and received written consent by her) that we would seek outside help. She provided the info as to where said help can send the bill.

Allied told me they would CHECK availability and CALL ME BACK, but to also have my property owner call them and give them permission. Fine no worries at all! We have been easy people, we know there's a bunch of issues with this current spike in temperature. Not trying to jump lists but just to have someone come ASAP wherever it may be. Allied never called, so I called back to check after a few hours so that I still had time to contact another company. Ariel answered (same person who answered before) and didn't even check availability as I asked ""were you able to see when someone would be available to come by?"" she said they needed the property manager to call. That's fine, but you told me last call you would check and call me back, but you didn't even check. My property manager called and allied quoted her next week. again, something Ariel clearly could've easily said on both phone calls from me.

please mind you we have a 5 week old baby and our apartment was 92 degrees and unfortunately the windows don't open, not unless you use actual tools to do so.

my property owner told me to call them back and see if they say something different which I did just before 5 pm. I'm guessing because it was close to close the person who answered asked if it was an emergency. Not sure what the fuck an emergency constitutes for AC aside it being on fire considering mainly the issues will be ""it doesn't blow air,"" but we had that issue and a newborn in unsafe temperatures so we figured thats a potential emergency. She took my info and said the tech would call, which he did at 5:33. he said the same thing about the property owner needing to give permission, and so I said ""I can give you her contact info or your contact info if that's ok and she will give permission"" I was met with ""I'll call you back, but it will be HOIRS before I get out to you because there's people ahead of you"" NO FUCKING PROBLEM MAN WE JUST WANT SOMEONE TO COME OUT. because that's been the whole point. I'm not in any way trying to cut the line, other people have issues, we are just trying to be good first parents and get some cold air in this place. We were patient in the 80+ degree apartment with the baby in just a diaper and fans blowing but once she starts sweating WE CANT DO MUCH!

the tech did not call back. He told my property manager at 11 it would not be tonight. DONT SAY OK ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND THEN NOT TELL ME ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

im fucking pissed solely because I have a fucking newborn, like do i need to provide a photo because you think I'm lying?! Nobody even HAD to come, but quit fucking saying you will check and call back or yes and you'll call back if you're just not going to do it. I could've called other places. I could've at least tried to get someone else to come by. It's the fact that when I called afterwards you guys already knew you weren't coming, you already knew it would be a week potentially to schedule. SO FUCKING SAY THAT AND LET ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. That's why I'm pissed. That's why you guys deserve a shitty review.

Bryan is great! He discovered the problem with long standing drain issues and had several possible solutions. We decided on the easiest- and he worked quickly. After decades, our washer finally drains properly.

I've had to call Allied twice now since purchasing my house a year ago, and am about to call a third. Both times they were there same day, once on New Years Eve and another winter day. The issue was solved same day and while I had to pay extra for the holiday and after hours both times, it was extremely affordable. I'll be using Allied any time I have a problem from here on out and would recommend them to anyone with a heating/cooling issue.

I have used Allied for two projects and have been impressed with their insistence on doing the job right. They handled standard plumbing changes in my kitchen remodel with promptness and no issues. They also came back many times to mold a new chimney for my range hood until I was happy with it. More recently they installed a sump pump in our basement and that too was installed by a pro who had years of experience. The needed outside trench could not be finished until a later date and I was not charged until the job was completed.

Had Allied out for a simple kitchen pipe issue. They replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. Less than two months later, my kitchen floor has standing water from the new pipe. Called over several days to get someone to honor their warantee of work, finally was told in 10-14 days they could swing by. Goes back to the old saying: You can have something fast, cheap, and good; but you can only choose two of the three.

I cannot recommend Allied Plumbing and Heating for plumbing work. I hired them to replace my water heater. Prior to installation, the technician took measurements of the closet. During installation, the technicians informed me the drain pan would not fit in the closet and advised the water heater be installed without a drain pan (flood hazard). I decided to suggest installing the water heater on my old, cracked drain pan instead. After installation, I found electrical tape wrapped around one of the pipes and it was dripping water on the floor (See photos). Alliee sent an after-hours technician to investigate the leak. The after-hours technician mentioned that the technician who performed the installation ""must have known about the leak or else why would he have wrapped electrical tape around the pipe."" The after-hours technician found that the pipe was not connected all the way. Three days later, I received an invoice in the mail 41% higher than the estimate I was initially provided. I tried sending two emails describing the issues with this service but did not receive responses to either of the emails. A
