I had the unfortunate combination of;
1. A sewer line back up
2. A pregnant wife, and
3. Allied Plumbing as my plumber

Greg actually never performed any service for us and did not show up until after we had filed a complaint with Service Line Warranties of America who assigned him to us.

He did not return phone calls and arrived after 9:00 at night for a ""mid to late afternoon"" appointment. When he arrived, he refused to come in and evaluate the problem or begin any work. He was just yelling about how professional he was as he drove away having done no work.

The next plumber that we got told us that their company has gotten a lot of business from jobs that Greg/Allied Plumbing has just never showed up for.

We ended up getting great service from our other plumber so it is likely better for us that Greg failed to do any work. However, anyone that has a plumbing emergency should steer clear and try to find a more professional organization.

Recommended by a friend - Did not show up - Called when 2 hours late - voice mail and left message. No return call. Sent email to contact email on web site - no response. Appointment made several days in advance at HIS convenience as this was not an emergency. Not listed on BBB at all.
