Horrible response to my plumbing needs. They had no idea who would cut my basement floor and preferred I jackhammer, leaving cracks throughout, and then they would place the plumbing (which I already own and have available) for an additional $300-$400.

Worst service call I've received in a long time. The individual who called did not even know what I was talking about and was giving me third party information from someone who didn't even talk the time to me personally!

Sean was the head gentleman to come out and install our tankless water heater! Our water heater took a dump and my work referred us to them! The day we called them, they came our to quote us and came out the best day to start our install!!! I was truly impressed with my overall experience! Sean and his team were on top of everything! If they were gonna be a few minutes late, they let us know! They kept me informed on everything they were doing and everything they had to do! Although I need to repair some holes in my drywall which was needed for the install, I would highly recommend Sean and his team!!! If you need a water heater and want it done correctly, Allied Plumbing and Heating is the way to go!
