Rob began his military service at 18 in 2002 after being motivated to serve his country following 9/11. For almost ten years, he was a 19D Cavalry Scout before deciding to transition out of the military so his family could come back to Georgia.

After coming back, Rob teamed up with his childhood friend Zach in the plumbing and HVAC field. Zach entered the plumbing and HVAC industry at 19, and Rob rapidly picked up skills from him.

Rob's experience as a non-commissioned officer in the Army equipped him with valuable managerial skills, he took on a managerial role at the company where he and Zach worked.

In February 2015, they took the leap to start their own business after leaving their previous employer. They envisioned a company built on the values and integrity expected from a former non-commissioned officer like Rob, along with the craftsmanship and commitment to excellence that a State licensed professional like Zach brings.
