Owner
Our company started in 1980 as a family-owned plumbing and heating service and rapidly advanced to become a leader in cutting-edge equipment in our field. By embracing technology, we outpaced our rivals. Today, we deliver engineering solutions to the construction sector by using the latest tools for underground utilities, including water, sewer, and gas. We specialize in trenchless, no-dig solutions that allow for the installation or replacement of underground piping with little to no digging. Ask us about this or any of our other services, including underground leak detection, vacuum excavating, high-velocity water jetting, and our core plumbing, heating, sewer, and drain services.
Sincerely, John Marra
Founder
I founded this business to stay self-employed and build trust and respect with my clients and to provide them with reliable solutions for plumbing, heating, and underground utility challenges. Fast forward to today, and we proudly lead Long Island in high-tech solutions for the underground utility market. We consistently purchase the latest high-tech equipment to deliver advanced engineered solutions for the toughest plumbing, heating, sewer, and water challenges. Interestingly, most of our clients now are the offspring of our first customers. This demonstrates that integrity and character are rewarding in a small business, and I will always uphold that belief.

Rosanne K.I've been involved in the construction business for over 50 years and was totally impressed with the work the company performed at my residence. The workmanship, adherence to schedule, pricing and cleanliness was outstanding. When they completed a major project in my basement, you would not know I had work done. Everyone from the supervisor to workers were very conscientious. I would definitely recommend them for any type of plumbing work, commercial or residential.
Joe C.Beware of this company who asks for your credit card and signature as soon as they arrive before even staring.
Tech caused damage to my pipes by getting his equipment stuck inside then I was still charged and had to call a different company to fix their damages.
Once they had you card number they keep charging.
Corey B.I would leave this company ZERO stars if I could.
I called them to provide a quote for me on an issue I was having. They came in my home and showed me an issue using a camera that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue I called them for, but claimed it did. What they showed me was total BS. They quoted me $7000 for the fake repair that needed to be fixed in order to fix my problem. This would have entailed breaking up the pavers in my backyard to get to a pipe that wasn't even part of the issue.
I brought in another company for a second opinion and they fixed everything for $1500. When I called Allied All City to voice my frustration and displeasure they admitted to me that their technician basically tried to scam me out of $7000. Do not, and I repeat do not use this company ever or you too will also be scammed for your money. Call literally anyone else for your plumbing needs, it this awful company.
Amanda C.I called on Friday night and then Saturday morning Carlos and his another teammate from Allied/All-City came over and spent ~1 hour to fix my house plumbing issue. He also gave me suggestion how to avoid the problem. My bathroom floor area still looks clean after they done the work, and they clean up the trash. Good team.
Allied All-City is a terrific company. I believed we had a crack in the sewer pipe in front of my home. They did two different camera inspections. There was no crack! Rob, Julio and Carlos were professional and courteous. They did not charge for either inspection. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner.
Julie G.If I could give this company a 0 I would. I called them to fix a leak in the radiant heat on the last week of June. Plumber came on June 30, claiming they had to bring special equipment to locate the leak. Appointment was scheduled for July 3. That morning I called the office and they said they had no record of the appointment. After calling back an hour later they said we had not signed a contract. A contract was never received or after discussing was never sent. They were ""too busy"". They could not send someone on that day and were not working for the rest of the week due to holiday. Someone else came and fixed this and did not charge $200 for just coming to look at it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
