We needed to have my Mom's toilet replaced. Allied All-City did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure to deal with Dan and Jennifer at the office. They got me all the information I needed and got me on the schedule as quick as possible. Joe the plumber they sent was AMAZING. He was polite, neat and had a great attitude. These days its important to feel comfortable with someone coming into your house and anyone they have every sent over to do any work has been someone we would have back at our house again,

After a couple of years of having to have our main snaked Allied came to the rescue to help us collect the needed information to make an insurance claim for a new main. Dan B was efficient, friendly and showed us the damage as he snaked a camera down the line. happy to recommend this company for any job - big or small.

I was in need of a replacement toilet tank lever, and called Allied.
Suzanne answered my call, was very polite, asked for 75.00 as an upfront charge to do the replacement. When the service person comes out whatever the charges, the 75.00 will be deducted..
Arrives Mike B. Within a half hour to look at the said Toilet Lever.
Mike. within 5 minutes of Evaluation, tells us 275.00 total of 350.00 of which 75.00 would be deducted...
We asked why so much,Mike answered I'm going to replace not only the handle lever ,but all inside which included the chain and adjust the lever properly, he used terminology Everything inside......
Well.Mike left, and within about 1.. hour returned with the necessary parts. After he completed the repair, Maria asked him if the chain was also replaced as he mentioned earlier that he would replace it. He said ""no, i did not replace the chain. I only adjusted it. If I were to replace it, it would have cost you a lot more money and more time. I would have to take apart the rest of the inside."" Both me and Maria were shocked at his response. He quoted the total $350. to include all parts and labor. He changed what he had told us. Also, he started to move the toilet back and forth and saying "" look at your toilet bowl. Its rocking and needs to be replaced"". I told him to please stop rocking my toilet bowl. I was aware of it and I knew that I needed to remodel my bathroom. He continued to rock it and saying that my tile was breaking because of it. I told him again not to forcefully rock my toilet bowl. This was very upsetting for me.
We were TAKEN, baited and switched. Foolish to even pick such a Company with unethical services, and would never USE them in any circumstance regarding Plumbing Services.....

We had a job done this pass Sunday, thank you so much to the plumber who I'm so upset because myself and daughter forgot his name,but he was awesome,he was very professional, respectful and most of all he didn't give up on fixing it until the job was done, even though me and my daughter was probably annoying lol. Thank you so much if I could give you guys 10+ stars i definitely would. I'm highly recommending you. Simply amazing

This company is suck. Only know how to charge higt price but can't take care the problem. Other company only take few minutes and take care it. Never use this again and will let all my friends not use it.

I recently had the need for a plumber to conduct a camera inspection of my home's plumbing. Not only was Allied able to provide same day service, but also a very conscientious and thorough plumber named Cody. He answered all of my questions and truly educated me about some of the finer points relative to the construction of our home. I will most certainly call them in the future

My main sewage line backed up and my basement was flooding with sewage. I called Allied/All City and they were extremely professional and scheduled to have someone come by within 2 hours. The plumber, Evan, arrived earlier than the estimated time and fixed the issue in about an hour. He was polite, professional and was careful not to make a mess. I was extremely happy with there professionalism and reasonable price.
