Allied to the rescue! After a big rain, I noticed the ground was sinking in, very close to my house. A local landscaper recommended me to call Allied. I called them and left a message with their service. No one called me back to next day and the hole was getting deeper so I called them back again, thinking maybe they just got my call back number wrong. After my second call, I spoke to the a gentleman who set up an appointment for me the following morning. In the morning, Ray showed up to my house at the scheduled time and explained everything to me. He knew the severity of the matter of the hole and was absolutely confident the company could correct the problem. The hole was by the corner of my house, I have kids and we have pets that go outside frequently. After he consulted with his boss, they decided to make me a priority and told me they would come the next morning to start the job and would not leave until it was completed. This put my mind at ease. The quoted price was way more than I ever imagined it to be but I was confident in the company and appreciated that they made me a priority. The following day, Ray showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. The laborers came shortly after and started the job. As answers to the issues were being uncovered, Ray explained to me what was going on and what the next steps would be. This made me feel even more confident in them. Special equipment needed to be brought in and more laborers. They came quickly and the job was completed quicker than I expected. The total job ended up costing so much money for me personally but I do not know of any other companies which are equivalent to them to compare them with. Over all, I was happy with their service and would use them again if I needed to. I would recommend them to others as well.

con: grossly over priced. charged me 300 service charge to come to my home and diagnose what was wrong. i decided not to go with them, so they charged me an hr which they were there, which was 275/hr. ridiculous!
would never use again.

While I'm still waiting for three other plumbers to return my calls, Allied came by in a couple of hours, gave me an estimate and finished the work the next day at the price they quoted.

I needed a new water service line, and this job was nothing easy. The conditions were difficult, but these gentlemen knew their trade and overcame every challenge. Nice to see that someone out there is not afraid to work.

Nice people and a nice job. If you want to play games, call elsewhere. If you want someone to show up, give a fair price and get the work done, call Allied/All City.

My main sewer line needed a colonoscopy asap. I called a couple places and they couldn't come that day and they charged $300+. These guys came in less than an hour and charged $250 for the camera and rooter. Awesome dudes, super easy to talk to, and very good at their jobs. I'll never waste my time calling anyone else but them.

$30 fee that gets rolled into repair if you use their service. Called at 8pm for a next day after 2 appointment. Plumber arrived at 2:30. Much better to work with than other plumbers in the area

I called with an emergency in my kitchen at 530 on a Tuesday afternoon . I was told by dispatch someone would call within 1 hour. well Carlos was at my door in 45 minutes . He took my faucet apart but the unit couldn't be repaired. He had to install a whole new unit which he did quickly and completely. Carlos was terrific. I will definitely use allied / all city plumbing again and will ask for Carlos to be sent

We called Allied All-City for a broken outside faucet. They sent Danny, who proceeded to shut off the water in our house, change the faucet out, turn the water back on and test the faucet...for $700. Talk about over charging... it's just wrong. My husband can't even get a clear explanation for why we were charged such an exorbitant amount of money for a job that took no more than 40 minutes or even a phone call back from the owner. Very professional indeed. This is a terrible way to treat customers and do business. We will never use your services again and would never recommend you to anyone ever.
