I called on Thursday night to see if someone could come out to extend a gas line as soon as possible for a new kitchen stove. It was a small project, and routine. I spoke with Eric, who said he would send a representative the next morning (Friday) between 10am-2pm. Great!

On Friday, it was about 2pm and I called the office to follow up. I spoke with Eric who was extremely apologetic. The project was never dispatched and he was going to fix it. He said he could send someone between 4pm-6pm if that was still okay.

A technician named Mike came out to the house and took a look at the project. He gave us the estimate, and explained that he would like to use a flexible pipe instead of the rigid pipe. He asked if it was okay if he came back first thing the next morning (Saturday) with the pipe to complete the project. Of course I was hoping it would be done, but this was a reasonable ask and everyone at this company had been so helpful/kind so far. He was back the next morning around 9am, as promised, and the project was complete within 45 minutes.

I would recommend this company to anyone in the future and would use them again if we have any more projects!

I needed a sewer lateral scope done of the main house drain for a property I was selling. As I had used Alliance before they were my first call, unfortunately they were unable to perform the task and the technician explained in detail why. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a plumbing need.

Worst company ever. Totally unreliable and even after 2 visits, I still have leaks in the same pipe they "" repaired"". And they wanted to charge me a third time for something they didn't fix correctly in the first place!

We found Alliance Service Pros. only recently. We liked them very much and do not hesitate to recommend their service for others. Here are the reasons why:
Everyone we have come in contact from this company has great attitude, mannerism and most of all, prompt service, quality work, filing permit and close follow-up with the town, customer orientation/service, etc. Our township plumbing inspector is also aware of the quality of their work and the inspection went like a breeze.
We used their services initially for new toilet, bidet seats, water heater and also for a natural gas barbeque grill. The latter two required our township's permit and inspection. Two other companies which gave estimates didn't care to know what the BTU values of the grill I ordered even after the home visit and sent an estimate saying they could take the line from the fireplace! The grill size required a dedicated line from the meter.
Starting with the master plumber, Keith Owens, service manager Jake, office manager Amy, the estimate (decently priced after a slight negotiation) and agreement went quickly. They use a smart text system to inform the ETA of Keith and the crew. The Journeyman Aaron, and other technicians Robert and Trevor were all polite, knowledgeable and worked hard without taking a break. They all came with masks and respected the social distancing requirements.
We are very satisfied with their work and will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
