I came to do an inspection for my food trailer and he took the time to explain my fire suppression system . The lady at the front i didnt catch her name was very nice as well . Great place! Scott and Amy go beyond my expectations of customer service. where most places now are short staffed and short tempered. If you are looking for quality and efficiency, do not look to this company. I have dealt with nothing but excuses on why the problems I have asked them to fix are not being taken care of. It seemed like the owner had no knowledge on fire sprinkler, fire alarm systems OR anything fire related from my experience. Customer service was terrible as well, took them several days to get back to me by phone. The Austin area has many fire protection companies and though unfortunate, I would never recommend Alliance to ANYONE needing building service.

Not recommending Alliance Safety and Fire is not strong enough. I warn you not to use them. After 5 months they never resolved the problem we hired them for, and the fire sprinkler system developed problems we never had before. The licensed engineer was belligerent, and the owner did not know anything about sprinkler systems. He and the installer blamed the problems on everyone and everything else. He refused to give me answers about why things were going haywire after they worked on the system. Over 5 months later I hired someone else come out and they resolved the problem in less than 15 minutes. Also if I could give a zero rating I would.
