They first and foremost keep petitioning to delete my review. They botched a sink repair that I ended up having another company actually finish the work. They then did not want to refund me or reimburse me.
Jean is rude and not very transparent. Neither is Kelly, they both don't truly care about the work they do, just how much extra they can upcharge you for mediocre to moderate service. I will never use someone who charges $400.00 to install a sink that I bought, only to mess it up and I have to then get another company to do so. If you see these trucks, run for the hills.

Had them out today to fix a leaking shower and was beyond impressed. Fast response and polite staff. Chris was my plumber today and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company and especially Chirs.

I have a house in Galveston that needed some plumbing work. Actually it turned out to be quite extensive and required a professional.

Jesse from alliance came to help out. He was very professional and timely. Also this guy did not give up! Jesse worked on my project until very late in the evening.

I was extremely impressed by his commitment to resolving my plumbing issue and providing quality work. This guy has a strong work ethic and it was apparent within the first few minutes.

He had to return the next day to complete some of the work but he called ahead and he showed up on time. I think that's a pretty big deal in Galveston because most plumbing services I have used here operate on" island time" and I found that to mean they may or may not show up at all or they may demand payment upfront and not come back or they may even be intoxicate on the job.

However,Alliance was prompt, professional and completely reliable. I trust this company and I will use them again.

I will share that they are not cheap, In fact I would say they may be on the highest end of cost per hour. However, my job was completed to my complete satisfaction and I didn't have to deal with island timers. This may not have been a discount job, however, you get what you pay for and I feel I got a very good value here.

Also, my place was left in pristine condition when Jesse left my house and again this work was extensive. Also, the office called me the next day to check in on my experience... all aces with this professional crew!

The plumber that was sent out his name is "Blue "did a great job fixing a leaking gas line at the meter. He was very professional courteous I could not say enough good things about Blue. He gave me different options and explained everything very well. I would use Alliance again. I thought the price was fair for what he did. If you call them ask them to send " Blue " to take care of your issue.

We used them for a commercial repair. They messed up more than they fixed and when asked to take responsibility for their mistake they wanted to charge us more. Eventually had to call another plumber to fix what they broke!

Recently, I had a water leak from the main line going into my house. The yard was filling up with water and I needed it repaired ASAP to prevent a super high water bill. Lucky for me I was able to find Kelly with Alliance. I called them at 8 am and they were at my house a little after 9 am. I showed him the problem and he assessed what it might cost to fix. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I agreed to it.

The work was done very professionally. By no means was Alliance "cheap" but often times you get what you pay for. They are experienced, insured, and bonded. With plumbing, I'd rather just get it fixed ONCE!

They are my plumber! Augustine , who has been here several times does a great job, and a great human being! I have been very happy with the work they have done for me. I have used them for at least ten years!
