The entire job from start to end was handled by them professionally and informed us of what was required to be to code. Shawn, our tech who was in lead of the project kept us informed every step of the way of the job process and when there was additional cost due to items found after getting into the job, it was all reasonable. The team member who took my call on 8/27 to schedule services was kind, compassionate, and took detailed notes on the reason for my call. Was able to fit me in for a time that worked for my schedule and reassured me that the Alliance team was committed to getting my plumbing concerns resolved, which is why the set aside a BLOCK of time for services.

Day of, the team members assigned to my ticket called me an hour prior to my scheduled time and asked if they could come EARLY, because they wrapped up another job sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival, Johnny and Waylon were kind, professional, and ready to get to work. They took the time to hear my concerns and then evaluated the situation to provide feedback and recommendations on how to address the issues. Not only did Johnny and Waylon provide me with experienced insight on the issue at hand, they provided realistic, comprehensive, and balanced recommendations on the options for repair. Once a decision on how to proceed was made, they were quick to work and completed the job all before the appointment block expired.

Once again, I was totally satisfied with Alliance Plumbing for the work they did at my home. In the past they installed a low boy water heater. This time it was to correct a hot to cold water line and fix water line to refrigerator. Jonathon Lucio was the worker. He is very professional. He explained what he would be doing and gave me a price before he started. He fixed the situation. I hope if I have problems in the future, I will call on Alliance again.

I have had extensive experience with various contractors in new home construction, retrofits, and repairs. However, I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Alliance. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The pleasant receptionist promptly scheduled appointments and sent confirmation emails and calendar invites. The day before the appointment, I received another confirmation text and email. On the day of the appointment, Johnny called to inform me that he was on his way, arriving 50 minutes ahead of schedule. I was even able to track Johnny's location on my phone in real-time. When Johnny and his colleague, Agustin, arrived, they immediately began the work. They not only completed the job excellently, but also inspected my hot water heater after shutting off the gas. Their use of advanced software to update customers before and after service truly sets them apart. I am now a loyal customer of Alliance and highly recommend their services. They have truly exceeded my expectations and turned me into a loyal supporter of their business. I called yesterday at 4:39 pm, Johnny was at my house at 8:39 am this morning. He replaced 2 toilets and a showerhead and cleared the kitchen drain, but couldn't test the dishwasher and garbage disposal because they have no power. Augustin came by to help with the heavy lifting. They left at 2:39 this afternoon. I had expected this job to take several days to get done.
They explained everything they were going to do before they did it, and I felt confident to sit down, shut up and let them do their job.
They left everything clean and working the way it's supposed to, and warned me about a couple of problems to watch out for. All without any grumbling.

Johnny came out and was very professional and kind. I had a gas meter upgrade for a backup generator. He had to do some modifications at my home. But, he explained everything, and was very nice. I will definitely use them again.
