Over the Thanksgiving holiday's my water heater sprung a leak, by the time we got home there was a lot of damage. A friend recommended Alliance Plumbing, my husband called them. They came out and gave us a number for a company that would come in and help with all the repairs including the clean up. They could of sold us a new water heater, even though ours was only 3 years old...but instead the plumber fixed the problem on a line to the heater. He even suggested that we take pictures of the damaged line before he repaired it so the insurance company would be able to see what happened. I will definitely use them again. not only did they come when we needed help, they didn't rip us off by selling us a water heater that we didn't need. !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! These plumbers came out to """"service"""" a water main leak in my home. After coming out initially on Thursday morning they left mid-day stating they could not come back until Friday at 9 am. On Friday at 9:30 AM, I had to call to locate my plumber and the office claimed he was """"en route."""" He eventually arrived over an hour later and began to dig up the cement in my garage from 11 am until 4:30 Pm. I had to run out to get my children from school and when I returned home HE WAS GONE!!! NO note, no phone call, no nothing!! I immediately called the office and asked where he was. I was told that """"he probably went to Home Depot to get a part"""" and that the manager would call me back ASAP. I received no phone call. Instead I received a phone call from my insurance adjuster stating that Alliance could not find the leak, had dug up my garage for nothing, they couldn't figure out when they could come back and Alliance suggested I find a """"bigger and more reliable company."""" I was livid to say the least. I haven't had hot water for days and have 2 small children. The least they could do was have the decency to call me back. They are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever dealt with. Do not use them unless you want them to ruin your house and then sneak out!!!
