I would like to personally thank Tanner and Anthony who came to our apartment on a 106 degree SUNDAY, And fixed our a/c problem. They were knowledgeable in that they had to overcome the questionable work done previously by the Tides on 51st . (prior management).These guys were efficient, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend Alliance Plumbing service. Thanks guys!

BUYER BEWARE! This company's customer service is horrendous. They gave my wife and I an estimate to perform certain work, we accepted it, but when the technician came out to do the work, he told us that they would not perform the work they bid; that they lacked the ""access"" to do the work. The estimator who had given us the bid had surveyed the entire area when he performed his estimate, and told my wife that if any special access was needed, he would let us before the appointment. He never did. He dropped the ball.

Instead of owing their mistake, the company then compounded it. I spoke with supposed manager, Chris. Chris was belligerent, rude, kept speaking over me, refused to even talk about a solution, and then hung up on me. He also claimed that the estimator was standing right next to him and was effectively calling my wife a liar. Shame on you, Alliance Plumbing. Shame on you for treating your customers so badly and in such an obviously prejudiced way. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. The lack of professionalism of this outfit is appalling. There are many better plumbing companies out there than this one that are far more deserving of your hard earned buck.

Quick update. Turns out there was a problem with the install. My downstairs neighbors had a leak. Two days later at noon my complex asked me to let the plumbers in on an emergency service call. The plumber showed up at 12:30 AM! They were short with me. Said it might take two hours or longer. After 10-15 minutes said there's no leak and left. Three days later a third plumber came and actually fixed the leak that was obviously there. Knocking them down to 3 start.

Quick and professional! Johnny was my service tech and he got it done in less than 30 minutes. He had my heat going, checked my unit, and made sure the A/C and everything was in order. He was on time and took the time to explain a few things before he left. I would work with this company again.

Alliance Plumbing was contracted by my apt complex to fix my shower. They installed my shower incorrectly leaving no drip pan etc. A week later send out a different guy who tells me he is going to grab tools to fix it and he never comes back. Completely horrible do not recommend at all!

The apartment complex that I currently reside in recently used Alliance Plumbing to resolve an issue w/ my toilet. Shan came to assist with the plumbing issue and I have never seen anyone do what he did to resolve the problem, he went out of his way and took his time and knew exactly what he needed to do. Other plumbing companies have tried to resolve this problem over the course of 3 months or so and have not been able to succeed. I am more than satisfied with this business and especially the worker, Shan for having patience and taking the hours he spent in my apartment to thoroughly assess and complete the task. Even if this matter happens again, I am very appreciative at Shan's work ethic. Also, I loved that he cleaned up after himself as well, my bathroom was left clean with all my belongings back in place. Thank You!

I had the misfortune of needing a plumber, had the pleasure of great service from Alliance Plumbing.

Frequently we are slow to compliment when we receive good service and fast to complain when an expectation is not perfectly met! I am compelled to give a complement to Tim from Alliance Plumbing.

I own a building that was built in 1945. When you have a problem, your first thought is how bad will this be. How much will this cost.

Tim's rectifying my problem was clearly 5 Star, but Tim's ability to troubleshoot my problem (building built in 1945) goes off the chart way beyond 10 Stars!

I had an outstanding experience today with 2 members of the Alliance Plumbing team; Pouya and Farhad. They fixed our major problem quickly and to our satisfaction. The also took a lot of time cleaning up after themselves (the bathroom looked better after they left). The problem that they were able to fix quickly has perplexed ever maintenance person and/or handyman that tried to remedy the problem. These gentleman were able to diagnose and fix the problem in record time! Thank you both for our great service!

Just going to leave a feedback here, I will call the office in the morning. I have them on video going home from work as they almost ran the red light and hit a police officer on Avondale boulevard and Van Buren intersection. On the way on the interstate as I sped up to get out into traffic doing 60 he passed me changing lanes multiple times. As I sped up to 75 to make sure it was the same van he left me like I was standing still going lane to lane. Your drivers need to calm down and understand that there are children in these cars they are trying to get passed and one day they're going to get someone killed.

I highly recommend these guys if you need any kind of plumbing work done. The drain pipe from my roof was stopped up, and Wade from Alliance got right on it. After a quick trip to the hardware store, he had the blockage taken care of in minutes and had replaced the pipes in just a few minutes more.

I further appreciate him answering all my question thoroughly and with respect.

Seriously, these guys are top rate.
