We had our home water supply system replaced with all new pipes and shut offs. They did a great job, fast, clean and very professional. I will highly recommend them.

What a great experience from the receptionist Suzy that booked our service call and to the plumber named Joe that did the work.We needed to replace one of our toilets and decided to go with an ADA model called the Viper .I'm very happy with our choice to use Alliance Plumbing as they were very informative as to the products they offered and did everything they said they would .They were on time and in and out in a very short time and everything was clean and tidy when they left

Alliance Plumbing did such a tremendous job, I considered giving them a tip! Friday morning, as I was getting ready for a hot shower, our hot water heater burst. Water was flowing out the bottom of it and along the garage floor. As I was working on containing the flow, I was trying to think of who to call. And then I remembered I had heard a few other people recommending Alliance Plumbing. I called them, but I also called a couple other plumbing companies recommended by Google, since I needed this thing fixed quick. The other companies said the could probably come by next Tuesday, but Alliance said they could be there the next morning, on a Saturday! Andrew showed up on time, was very courteous and helpful, explained the entire process and why water heaters go bad over time. He was quick, efficient, and before long we had hot water again! I will call Alliance Plumbing for any future needs without hesitation.

I meet with Dennis and described the total re-pipe I needed for my 1957 ranch style house with crawl space. I told him that it also needed the drains for the kitchen sink and the bathtub also re-done as these were trouble spots historically. He gave me his bid and it was the low bid and seemed reasonable so I immediately agreed to the price and asked to be put on his schedule as soon as possible. They were very punctual and had all the permits pulled and sub-contracted for the main line. Everything seemed to be going just great. The first hint that something wasn't right was that he started telling me that he hadn't foreseen certain situations and that he needed to charge me extra for this and that which was an additional cost. Some I can understand, but as a contractor he should have known about part of the issue and not claim it was unforeseen. So the original bid was $5,950 plus $250 for the permit that equals $6,200. He added an additional $250 for the unforeseen pipe and water heater repair. That adds up to $6,450 for the math I learned in school. Yet he collected $3,000 upfront and $3,500 at the final. Was this a $50 tip added onto the unforeseen vent pipe??? Oh it gets better, just wait. So in the existing pipes in the crawl space they encountered a cooper pipe attached to the galvanized pipe and that was the water line feeding the ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator. As the homeowner I assumed everything would be the same and much improved after paying $6,500 for new pipes. So after they were done and I paid them and they left, we installed a new water filter in the cooper line behind the refrigerator. I dumped out the old ice cubes to begin making new ice. Huh a few dirty ice cubes appeared and then nothing. Then we realized that the water line to the refrigerator had not been reconnected. Naturally I assumed this was an oversight. I contacted Dennis and asked him to come back out and get the water line for the refrigerator reconnected. At first he said no problem he could take care of it and would get it back on the schedule although it would be a few days. However, when it did show up it was a different story. He accused me of having a conversation with him where I told him to not reconnect it. I was shocked, because there was no such discussion. Why would I have purchased a new water filter and installed it and expected ice cubes had if I knew I no longer had a water line to the refrigerator. Why would a person not want to have ice in the refrigerator that has an ice-maker? That was just crazy. So he started to install it then discovered he was missing something and left. He wrote a note saying he was sorry for his behavior. After that weekend the following Monday I received a phone call from the office asking for payment of almost $300 and I was surprised because the job was incomplete and also because the cost was high for something I felt was not my fault but rather an oversight of the contractor. Also I didn't even know when he was coming back to finish the job. I had to call and ask for them to reschedule him to complete the work. He did come back and finish and I asked to see the invoice hoping to discuss this. He said he didn't have the invoice with him which I know is just odd. I had to call the office and ask for it and I requested a discount since I didn't feel the cost should all be me since it should have been done as part of the re-pipe. Ha-ha on me because Suzy in the office said she would have to ask Dennis and then she called me back and with the discounts Dennis wrote up the price was $290 the same price they told me when they first called and requested payment prior to completing the work.
UPDATE: The Owner called me May 5th and apologized for our poor experience. He also said we would not need to pay the $290 for the water line installation. Further he stated that if we wanted to work with Alliance going forward we could work with another Plumber. All of this does make us feel much better about this company. Because as I stated in the beginning the bid and the work was fair, professional and timely. It just turned strange at the end. Thankfully it has ended on a good note.

My husband and I just purchased and moved into a ""flipped"" house built in 1927. The flippers apparently decided to update the plumbing themselves rather than hire a plumber, and several issues have popped up in the few days since we've been here. Dennis, with Alliance Plumbing, has been out twice now, as different problems keep popping up the more we use the home/plumbing. He's always been friendly and helpful, taking time to explain what's wrong, how it can be fixed, and even providing tips to prevent future problems. He's also thorough and quick. This company provides excellent services at a fair price, and I highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how small the job. Why not save yourself some grief and get things done right?
