I have finally found our go to plumber! Dimitri and his team are responsive, honest, and full of integrity. Just fantastic. In August, I called them about a leak in our laundry room. After talking about the situation on the phone, Dimitri advised that we call an appliance repair company as it was probably not a plumbing issue. He was right! In March, we had noticed our water bill had skyrocketed. I called Dimitri and he responded immediately. Had his guys out the next day. It was a leak between the water meter and the house. They presented two options, replace the entire line or find the leak and repair. I asked for Dimitri's honest opinion and instead of pushing the more expensive option, he help us make the right choice for us. They do great work at the right price and most importantly are trustworthy.

I came across Alliance Plumbing via yelp. I was also waiting on quotes from two other plumbers and Demetri got back to me quickly. I liked that Demetri was very responsive and thorough. I was able to take a picture and text it to him so that he can see the issue before giving me a quote. He also called back and walked me through the steps on what he will do and the price range. His price was more expensive than the others but I liked that he included a long term fix and it wasn't just a quick bandaid fix like others. In the invoice, he also wrote detailed resolution notes. It's also guaranteed for 2 years if we end up with issues. Demetri's team was able to come the day of to view the issue and then came first thing in the morning to start the fix. They were very professional, quick, and good.

Had them come out for a clogged kitchen sink. I had tried all the usual remedies like drano, baking soda/vinegar, hot water but no luck. Put in a request Monday evening and got a call Tuesday morning from Vitaly. He told me that he could perform the service that same afternoon and quoted me a price for snaking the line which I totally understood would be needed. He called me to let me know that his techs were on the way. They were professional and got to work rightaway. I believe the snake went almost all the way outside the house. So hopefully we don't have any issue for the foreseeable future. Recommended that we use a particular product which would prevent grease buildup in our pipes. Also they fixed my clogged toilet in my basement for no charge . I highly recommend them.

I've used Alliance on a couple of jobs. They are always super responsive. I call Dimitri the owner direct and he always walks me through my plumbing problems and is up front on diagnosis and job costs. On all jobs hired Alliance did an excellent job. They clean up after themselves and left the work area mostly better than when they got there. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys if you are in a pinch and need fast service. They may not be the cheapest, but they are great at what they do.

Needed a new hot water heater and had to solve for rattling pipes. Alliance Plumbing does everything well. From simple (explain what they will do thoroughly) to technical (solving noise issues by backward engineering to discover a toilet fill valve issue) all done honestly and professionally. I discover shortcuts the builder took in my house every time I repair something, these guys don't cut corners. Done right, fair prices, and honest communication. Master plumber knowledge on top of these core practices and I strongly recommend you hire them to solve your plumbing problems with confidence.

We had our ejector pump fail on Saturday night. They told us they try to get to us Monday but definitely first thing on Tuesday. They were able to come Monday and replace a 18 year old ejector pump. The whole crew was very responsive plus did great job cleaning up afterwards. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future. Price on the repair was reasonable and even gave us military discount.
