These guys are excellent. They came out on a Friday night after we had back up in our sewer line due to tree roots. They did great work and we have used them a couple of times. Professional, call you with updates on arrival time and stay until the job is done. Can't recommend them enough!

Vitaliy and David did a phenomenal job on installing my new water heater this evening, and Dmitriy was very knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions! The team was quick to address adversity/roadblocks that came along and executed the plan flawlessly. The job was performed in about 2 hours. I had a new AO Smith Commercial Grade Pro Line series residential water heater installed, plus an expansion tank, and new main water shutoff and pressure reducing valve installed. You can definitely trust these guys to get the job done right the first time!

So thankful that I went with this company after searching for plumbers! They scheduled me in quickly and was great on communication. Once they arrived, they were very respectful by removing their shoes in my home, when I didn't even ask them to. They got to work and was able to fix the issue fast! They even gave me some direction on how it all works and some tips for if a clog happens again. When I went to look at my bathroom, they even cleaned it all up and everything was back in it's place like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this company for your needs. Great people!! So it's 9:53pm on Friday night, and Vitaliy & Dmitriy just left. We started the day with a horrible situation, shower drain backing up into the shower, and nearby toilet gurgling. Get out of the shower, and see the adjacent tub has sewage backed up in it. Called Alliance based on their reviews, and the said the could come out same day, but would be after 7pm because of a full schedule. I go to work, come home the called and let me know it would be after 8pm and confirm that's OK. Totally professional, removed the toilet, camera'd the clog, removed it, replaced the toilet and added new fill line, and then cleaned the tub, shower, and toilet area with 409. Everything works perfect, nightmare solved same day by 2 pros!

Alliance is truly the best. I had a water bill problem and called them to come out to see if I have any leak in the house. They checked everything thoroughly and told me I had no leak. In the process, they told me that I had older toilets system and might need to be changed in the future but not now because they were functioning fine. They were very friendly and professional. They answered all the questions and concerns I had. I was ready to pay for such wonderful service. Then, they told me since there were no leaks, they were not going to charge me. I insisted to pay, but they also insisted that it was fine. I called the water department, and they me the meter was misread. Thank you very much, Alliance Plumbing And Drain. I will definitely call them when I need to change my toilet systems and any plumbing problems in the future!!!
