These guys were very friendly and equally professional-- a duo of traits you don't see too often. Even though I called on a Sunday, they answered my call and booked me for the next morning. That Monday morning also happen to be Columbus Day, so I appreciated them coming out even more so. The guys that came out introduced themselves, gave me their cards, and took their shoes off before entering the house without me asking. They assessed the plumbing issues we were having, offered two options for repair, were open with costs, and then were timely in fixing it. Thank you, Alliance!

I would highly recommend Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I submitted a request for quotes on Yelp and Dmitriy was very quick to respond. He was flexible with my schedule and came out the following day. I had to have a high pressure valve replaced, along with two toilets, and a shower head. His team offered quick service for a fair price and I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. Called for a clogged garbage disposal. The guys arrived on time and quickly unclogged the garbage disposal; however, they discovered the garbage disposal was on its last legs and was leaking (nearly 13 years old). They had quoted us to unclog the drain; however, when we discovered the issue with the disposal, they called the owner and he was able to adjust the quote to include replacement of the disposal. Great customer service. I would highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing issues.

I had a leaking showerhead for about a week and it was driving me nuts. These guys repaired it and the main plumbing problem driving the leak within an hour or so. It started leaking again after a few days and they came back to replace the cartridge again at no cost. They were really professional and courteous, and I can't recommend them enough. Hard to find businesses with integrity these days. Dimitry and his co-workers were awesome!

Hands down this company will be my plumbers for life! I found this company through yelp last night after a long day at work when I came home to discover water pouring down my basement walls through the main water supply pipe coming into my the house. Being late at night I called the city of Roswell and they sent the fire department to turn off the water to my house. I messaged Alliance plumbing and within 15 min was told they would be out between 10-12 the next day. Nick and Alex showed up and took a look at my plumbing issue and the company name on my water intake valve and told me that it was possible the repair would be covered under warranty with the company who initially did the work (and it was an expensive repair). While they were giving me a free estimate and finding the source of the leak, I called the other company, they sent someone out and indeed it was covered by a warranty that, being a new owner I had no idea existed. Alliance was really honest (I never knew about the warranty) nor would I have known the difference. It is this honesty and professionalism that will have call them for all of my plumbing needs.
