If I could give more than five stars for Alliance Plumbing and Drain I would. We had a terrible smell coming from the guest bathroom so we finally decided to Google a plumber. After looking at the reviews for Alliance Plumbing I decided to give them a shot. The phone was answered immediately and the gentleman I spoke to walked me through several steps to try to pinpoint the smell over the phone. When that couldn't resolve the issue he immediately scheduled for his team to come to the house today. Vitality and Michael showed up and walked through all scenarios that could be causing the smell. They took their time and they helped us understand what we could do to prevent the smell in the future. Kind, professional and courteous! This will be our new plumbing company moving forward and I highly recommend them.

If you have any plumbing problem call Alliance Plumbing and Drain. They just fixed a leak in our basement. The main water line pipe that connects to our basement wall broke, as a result, water sipped in through the foundation wall. We look at different plumbing companies and found Alliance has 5 stars review everywhere on the web. Alliance lives up to their excellent review. They are prompt, courteous, honest, dependable and the price is reasonable. Alliance will always have our business. Superb services.

Called on a Friday about a water leak in my ceiling and they came out the same day and got it all fixed for us. Fast, very kind, professional (left shoes outside to not disrupt our flooring!), and kept in constant contact throughout the day. I would highly recommend!

Alliance replaced our broken traditional tank water heater with tankless water heater last summer (2018). They were thorough, professional and easy to work with. Dmitriy patiently answered all my questions and eased my concerns regarding their recommended brand (Navien 240A). Their quote was reasonable as well and they were prompt and responsive to my calls. Fast forward to Spring 2019. We are out of town during Spring Break. Only my live-in in-laws are home. They called and reported constant water drips from the new piping installed by Alliance (related to water pressure regulator). I called Alliance immediately (around 5.15 PM in the evening and left him a voice mail). Dmitriy called within 10 minutes and after listening to my explanation, agreed to come by immediately. Not long after, he called again and said that he doesn't have replacement parts in his truck and we agreed to reschedule the visit to the next day. Following day, Dmitriy came on time and after re-accessed the situation, he sent me pictures and explained the issue and the root cause. Basically: 1) our external water pressure regulator broke, 2) we have corrosion issues with some valve, and these combined caused 3) the water pressure regulator for the water heater to break. He replaced the water heater regulator for free. He gave us decent quote for the job he recommended. Once again he proved himself to be a trustworthy and reasonable service provider. I'd use Alliance for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommended this company!!!

It's not every day that you get to encounter people that truly do their best to make the lives of others a little bit better, but that is EXACTLY what we received today from Alliance Plumbing & Drain! Our family is in the midst of a devastating and tragic situation with the loss of one of our youngest family members. Obviously not an ideal time for a plumbing issue to present itself. We called Alliance Plumbing and within 2 hours they were at our home to diagnose the issue. We were given an initial estimate for the projected work, but when the technicians discovered what our family is dealing with, they called and spoke with the company's owner, and he offered a generous discount for the anticipated work. After beginning the work, the technicians discovered that one critical piece of equipment needed to be replaced, but that equipment was not included in the initial estimate. We were amazed at the generosity of the company, as they indicated they would not charge us for the replacement of that necessary piece of equipment! We were even more amazed that at the end of the service call and completion of the work, the technicians did not accept ANY payment for their services! To the owners and technicians of Alliance Plumbing, we can not thank you enough for your professionalism, and your astounding generosity and kindness to a hurting family! I had a water leak in the ceiling at my house. I thought it was going to be extremely expensive to fix, and so I called Alliance to come over and see what they could do. The guys came over, took a look and it turned out it was an easy fix that they did very quickly. Best of all, they indicated that because it was such an easy fix they didn't even charge me for it! You better believe I'm going to call them next time I need a plumber! Super nice guys!

Highly recommend Alliance Plumbing and Drain! I was fortunate enough they had an opening to come by and take a look at a broken garbage disposal which they fixed along with an ongoing leak we haven't been able to fix for MONTHS. Backstory: Another plumbing service had previously fixed leaks to the kitchen piping by slapping on all in one fixes from Home Depot. They worked but only temporarily until we had to call them again for another piece to be added to our piping. Instead of going for the simple fix they made it more complex. Vitaly and team came out and quickly assessed the garbage disposal as needing to be replaced. No surprise as its been over a decade. They then took a look at the drain piping that needed to be fixed for leaks. After a bit of head scratching to understand someone else's work, they made the call its best to rework the piping as the many quick fixes applied by the previous plumber just didn't make sense. They explained to me how water should be draining and the path it should be following as opposed to the way the previous plumber decided to do the work. What looked like a jungle of piping from hell now has maybe 2-3 pieces making it all work. I also have so much more room under my sink now!! Additional note: They replaced one of the sink drains and noted the previous plumber had used a gasket to seal it. It was explained to me that while this can work it is not the preferred method. The redid the sink drain with what looked like a type of putty. Throwing this in there as an example of how they went above and beyond to ensure everything was checked and passed their sniff test. Dmitri could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional! He was able to diagnose the trouble with our hot water heater, quickly, over the phone. He's very knowledgeable, and was able to explain exactly what needed to be done to fix our trouble. Highly recommend!
