Outstanding service! Called them at 11pm and they sent a crew at 9am. The issue was the water main into the house broke after 27 years. They knew exactly what it was as I explained it over the phone. Told me what I needed to do to prepare for the work. Gave me a good estimate over the phone and held to it. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Confident it was done right. 2023-08-04 - This last Monday my wife and I determined that we had a leak in the main water supply line where it comes into the house. My wife suggested that we contact AP&D based on the very positive reviews people had posted about the company. AP&D lived up to the reviews. Dmitriy was great in terms of gathering all the facts and getting the service call scheduled. David arrived promptly at 8:30 on Wednesday morning, was quickly able to confirm that we did have a leak and provided a very reasonable estimate for getting it fixed. By 2PM that afternoon, we had running water again and no leak. David and the other 2 other guys with him were extremely polite, conscientious - they took their shoes off outside before coming in the house - and informative. They told us what to do to get reimbursed by the water company for the water loss attributable to the leak. We will definitely call AP&D again any time we have plumbing issues. Demitre and the plumbing team are the best. They are straight forward, honest, hard workers that's do excellent work and can evaluate a serious situation and work you in quickly. Also, revisited and squeezed in a quick visit even when the team is booked. They replaced and relocated a leaking hot water heater with a tankless heater in a couple days. Worked with us through a damage situation and stopped and investigated concerns on what could have been another troublesome situation. Highly recommend this local family business. This plumbing company came out and take a look at my toilet, and they were able to come out the next day to provide me an estimate on the service needed for repair. I believe that this is a great plumbing service to use because they are professional, accurate, provide great estimates, and also, I believe that they would do a great job. Although, I did not go with the service for for my Plumbing needs at my home. I do think that they would offer great service to anyone that's needing plumbing done and at home. This company is well recognized their household name throughout the area which is where I live in and I think that they would do an awesome job for anyone that needing plumbing service done in the home business or whatever the case may be in regards to plumbing needs.

We've used Alliance to replace the broken water service line last year. They were extremely responsive and handled the issue in a timely manner. I've since called about another issue and Dimitri is SO responsive. If he doesn't answer the first time, he will return your call the same day. The communication with this team is excellent. These guys are the real deal. I called them based on their positive reviews, and our experience with them was wonderful. They installed a tankless water heater in our house when our old water heater went out. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of traditional water heaters vs tankless, and we chose to go with tankless. We called them after the installation for some follow up service, and they were very responsive. We were very pleased with all of their technicians--the ones who came for the estimate and the ones for the installation and follow up service. All were extremely polite, timely and professional.

Alliance Plumbing was great to work with and was highly responsive. They came to our house because we had a leak that could be seen on the ceiling. They came in and did not have to cut the roof because they found out the leak was coming from the master bathtub knobs. They were extremely professional and honest. I highly recommend Alliance.

What a great experience. I used one of the other recommender services and got bombarded with calls and emails from plumbers on the other end of the state. I finally searched based on my address and found Alliance. We agreed on a date and time to inspect the flange on my toilet and it was determined it needed to be replaced. The pricing was better than others quoted, work was done with high quality and cleanup was perfect. Will absolutely use them again for the next project.
