Alliance installed a new boiler and water heater in my home. The work was careless, incomplete and not as described in the contract. This eventually resulted in repeated water damage and mold thorough out the house. There's been repeated deconstruction, reconstruction, remediation with no end in sight. The cost of repair has exceeded the installation costs. The home had been on the market. We lost two potential buyers and this selling season..

The experience has not been a good one.
I would look elsewhere for a plumber.

Eric and his team replaced our boiler and hot water heater. They were very professional, cleaned up the area and beat their time estimate to complete the job. They finished in 2 days instead of 5 days!!! We could not be more pleased with the service they provided at a fair price. Alliance Heating and Plumbing Silverthorne was absolutely great with my Hydronics (in floor heating system) problem at Spyglass Townhomes. I called up Eric and he was a professional with great knowledge and ability to execute a great solution fast. I had three other HVAC companies look at this problem and not figure out the real cause of the issue. I have a pretty good idea about the fundamentals of a boiler system and the end product was really well done and the solution was at the same time a good price. The best part is that I feel like I can trust this company. Bravo!
