i called this company to repair a faucet/water line leak on or about august 2nd; i was told that they could not come out until august 15. on august 15, they called to say they could not come out until august 23, due to emergency work they were doing. when i stated that this was an unreasonable delay, after waiting two weeks already; i was then told that they don't work on mfg homes anymore.

this company has been to my current residence multiple times over the last ten years, and was fully aware that i live in a mfg home during the initial phone call; yet i was never told that they were unwilling to do the work i requested because i live in a mfg home.

this was not a major emergency repair; i simply needed some new faucets installed, and the faucet water line repaired/replaced; it did not require them to climb under my house. although i have a 2nd bathroom; it was a major inconveinance not to have the use of the additional bathroom for two weeks. all they had to do was be upfront and honest about their new mfg home policy during the initial phone call; and i could have, as i did today; simply call another plumbing company to schedule an appointment to have the work done.

fortunately; there are other plumbing companies available if you do not want to be treated like this

I have never been told by a company that they refuse to provide service to me. But it happened with Alliance Drain & Plumbing. My husband called them yesterday because we have a sewer backup in our basement. He was told that they would not do the job because his wife (me) left them a bad review before. Hubby shared that with me and to be honest, I did not even remember the situation because it was 5 YEARS AGO!! So, I went back to read the review and it was about how they advertised ""on call to react promptly to all of your plumbing emergencies"" but they did not respond to my call because it was a Saturday - as a matter of fact, we did not get a return call until Monday, even though we left a couple messages over the weekend. I felt that was misleading and I believe that my review was fair. Well, after 5 YEARS they still remember my complaint and refused to help us because of it. Oh, and by the way, they no longer advertise that they are ""on call to react promptly to all of your plumbing emergencies."" What a petty and immature company. My review was honest and fair. Their change in advertising even backs that up. They had an opportunity to gain a regular customer (old house with problematic sewer lines). But instead they choose to be bitter and turn away business. Sad. Hire them if you 'd like, but don't leave a fair review, or you will be banished for life!

Called them up to look at some minor basement drain backup. They were able to come the next day. Shawn was here less than an hour, snaked the drain, and cleaned up the area after. Cost was reasonable too. Ill call them again if we need a plumber.

They did a good job on our repair. A tree company ran over our water line and broke the pipe that was sticking out. I wish they could've came out sooner than they did.
